Chesil Beach Reviews & Ratings

  • If you like to be on a quite place seeing and hearing the waves roll in on a very large beach of pebbles this is the place to be. Easy parking (pay 2 pounds at the bar for the entire day) and great fishing. It is not the perfect place for a walk because the loose pebbles makes this almost impossible.

  • Wonderful location. It would be useful to have a pay on exit carpark. I ran out of time. I didn't get a ticket but I had to curtail my leisure activities

  • If your a keen fisherman like me, this is the Fishermans paradise, it will take a bit of time to figure out the best times and places to fish🐠 but it can produce some great fishing over the year.

  • I walked The Fleet & found it rather dull & uninspiring. Much better walking from Lulworth Cove or Swanage.

  • Fantastic pebble beach. Hard to walk on though so be awsre, very steep in parts. Dog friendly
