Rosewall Camping Reviews & Ratings

  • Second time we have camped here. Recommend booking before you go especially the summer months. Lovely campsite, near beach and local pub. Shop has a good choice of basic supplies and reasonably priced. Will be booking again next year.

  • Lovely frendy staff and great location with everything you need. Unfortunately I had lots of British drinking next to my tent. Would come back and totally recommend this site. Price is a bit high per tent .

  • A good site with loads of space and some good facilities. There is a shop on site for anything you might have forgotten as well as treats. There are a couple of shower blocks, the one we used was great. Showers, toilets and sinks. There are also plugs and USB charging facilities. They were very well maintained and perfectly clean, I personally saw staff cleaning in there in the morning and evening. Bins are located around the site including some for recycling. At these spots there are taps for drinking water. The one thing to note is if you’re pitching a tent make sure you bring strong pegs and a good mallet. The top 15 cm is fine but under that was super hard stones or tree roots.
 Highly recommended.

  • Amazing place, and yes you can find cheaper campsite this area, but this is far better. Clean showers and toilets. Only 10 minutes walk form the seaside. Recommended....

  • While this is fairly basic campsite, no electric hookups, and no caravans it's also totally brilliant. The views are marvellous, the loos and showers are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the shop carries a great range of essentials. What more could you ask. This was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back
