The Ship Inn Reviews & Ratings

  • Nice venue and location. Good food. Service a bit slow. Reasonably priced. Bit I did not like is they allow dogs in the restaurant. Okay if you are not too fussed about hygiene and do not mind the smell of dogs. Would have given a higher rating but for that.

  • Great pub, lovely food and service. Would definitely recommend the seafood. The specials were great. Had some great selection of ales too. We went here because of the reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint. All of us were very happy with the choice!

  • Great place. Very friendly staff. Ladies loos very compact. Prices very high in relation to other pubs however still remains a firm favourite and will continue to visit.

  • ....the food's not bad- not great, but not bad. However, the service was slow. Really slow. There wasn't even a rush on and in order to get the bill we had to get up and stop a staff member- not cool.

  • Good pub come rain or shine. Good beer, food and service. Great location by the harbour. Busy with families and couples. Dogs welcome.
