Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre in Whitehorse, Canada, is placed somewhere between an event venue and a museum dedicated to the first nation culture and traditions and it is this ambiguity that makes this tourist hotspot all the more special. Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre is well-known for hosting and recreating first nation festivities and traditions like the Fire Lighting Ceremony on the commencement of summer which is a huge draw for both locals and visitors to the area. The prominent display of arts and crafts and Aboriginal artefacts is another reason to visit this beautiful center, built on the Yukon River.

Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre Reviews & Ratings
We visited on a quiet day but we enjoyed the information available at the time. We also saw photos of events in the past and I'm sure if we were in town during these events it would have been much more enjoyable. Beautiful building.
Happened to come by when a music festival was in progress. Caught a couple songs that were modern interpretations of traditional native music. Captivating and wonderful.
