Whiteman Park, Whiteman Reviews
Easy to access natural environment not far from the city, which can be seen in the background (if you look for it). Native plants, birds and animals in a quiet setting. Good walking paths to get about on as it is a sandy place here in the Perth region in Western Australia.
A great place to spend a day out. The kids had a great time on Ashleigh the tank engine, electric team and vintage buses.
A very family friendly park lots of space and things for the kids to do. Great picnic areas and tables. The Kings Park of the North Eastern suburbs but bigger folks. Has good parking areas and toilet facilities.
A great park on the northern edge of Perth. Lots of space to explore. From the family friendly parkland to natural bush area, wetlands and dry forest. Good chance to see some wildlife, especially kangaroos around dusk (near Mussel Pool) and even a herd of cows. Great dog park on the south side of the park
Kids (including us big ones!) loved the train ride! It's only $8 and goes for a long time.
