  • I went here two weeks ago with my family and kids. Customer service is shocking. I felt the lady served us (Possibly the owner) is very racist and very unpleasant. Although there is a sign no dogs allowed they have two dogs running around and scared our kids. Dogs sleep on garden tables etc so its all muddy and have very poor hygiene. Toilets not too bad but could do with a better maintanace. Barn is really messy and there is junk all over the place. Only good thing is the adults swing. Both my kids were very sick after this visit. Place is pretty poor and not recommended. Go there if you like someone to treat you really badly and if you want to improve your patience. Since I have a very good patience, I kept my mouth shout and tried to get kids to enjoy with animals as much as they can. Not going there ever again. Tourists please be careful. Answers to the reply below: I told you I was not the driver or that was not my car or i didn't travel in that car (you did not listen). You owe me apology for that. I was just a guy who took kids to the birthday party. I parked safely and was help the the car got stucked in the mud as really muddy next to the main entrance . You shouted to the wrong person and wrong party all together. My comment about everything else not related and I'm a genuine google commenter. Any person travel will realize what i mean by the quality of the place. Friends and family always will you good ratings but actual customer reviews does matter. Yes people travel and visit will realize this. I this its time for you to start improve the quality of the place.

  • I wasn't my first visit. I do every time when I have a chance to go to Coromandel. Thanks for what you doing guys! I bring my friends with me who been there first time, big thanks from them now. See you soon again. Thins is best place to bring your kids, they will be supper happy!

  • This place is such a delight! We came here to see alpacas and we saw heaps of other animals. Great for kids!

  • The kids rely enjoyed seeing all the animals. The place is a lot bigger when you get in and start doing the walk. Its recommended that you buy a couple bags of food it helps draw in the animals. Also you will want to ware shoes suitable for farms. Overall the visit was very good.

  • Unusual and eclectic to say the least. Someone had a great mind and a love of the unique. Friendly animals and staff. Great place to take the kids
