Dieppe Gardens - Review
Situated at the Windsor riverfront, the Dieppe Gardens are named in memory of the members of the Essex-Kent Scottish Regiment who lost their lives during the World War II landing at Dieppe, France in 1942. Within the park, you will find brilliantly coloured annuals and perennials. You will also find many monuments, including monuments dedicated to the Canadian Army, Navy and Air Force and a Peace monument. Amenities such as benches and picnic tables can be found in the park. There is also a waterfall and a fish pond.

Dieppe Gardens, Windsor Reviews
The gardens are easy to find and get to from the Detroit-Windsor tunnel. Because the weather (which was cold and rainy) didn't cooperate, we didn't stay for long. Nevertheless, the views of Detroit were well worth the brief time that we spent there.
water is clean and greenish. beautiful landscape of Detroit. not sure what it looks like from the other bank. the park is very nice. it is a big shinning point of the old city
I. Love.to.go river front..watch the. Birds fly my kite Eat a. Bbq Hot dogs With the ends cut.off
Its not a "garden" but it has a nice view of Detroit and ambassador bridge..wont be disappointed with the awesome view...best at sunset time!
An awesome place! A great tribute to our fallen soldiers. Like to see more places in Canada that honour their fallen with markers like this.
