Fort Whyte - Review

A haven for all things nature, nature lovers will have the time of their lives here.Just a little way off from downtown, Fort Whyte was previously a cement quarry that was transformed into a lake park that serves as a centre for a ton of educational activities.

There’s an interpretive centre on the premises that is home to the state’s largest indoor aquarium. Outdoors, you can also spot some Western Canadian wildlife like a herd of bison and some deer. There are a lot of activities that go on here like nature trails, floating boardwalks, bird feeding stations etc.
