Perfect time of the year to go, there were no wait lines at all. We stayed at the resort and the service was great and the place was clean. But what really made it a great experience was a gentleman named Jack, when we arrived and parked he was driving by on a golf cart, he stopped and greeted us and offered us a ride, he loaded our bags and took us to the front desk, he then waited for us to check in, since we were early and weren't able to check in he offered to hold our bags and said he would make sure to take them to our room when it was ready... I'm sure this is pretty standard but he genuinely wanted to help and was happy to do so. He set the tone for the rest of our visit and it was awesome. The whole family enjoyed our time there.
Best time ever! We did take the advice from others to arrive early for breakfast because the lines get long. At night it does get a little loud but it’s kids having fun. Going to the bathroom was awesome because when you get in front of the mirror it tells you how good you look. I know it’s only a recording but nice to hear. Everyone in the hotels was so nice and helpful.
We had an absolutely amazing experience here. We have two young ones, 6 and 2, and everyone had a blast. There's enough available to do for young toddlers, and most rides allow them with an accompanying adult. The rides are fun enough for the adults as well. We went in the off season (January) and didn't wait longer than 15 minutes for a ride. Most rides we were on within minutes of being in line. The staff are very professional and friendly. We were always greeted with smiles and pleasant farewells. Guest services was excellent. I had misplaced my phone and reported it on my way out of the park at closing. 10 mjnutes later, my wife receives a call notifying us that they had found it. We turned around and were able to pick it up even though they were closed. Excellent service and a great end to our day!
The only reason I can't give this park 5 stars is the location. Nearly 45 minutes from any of the other Orlando attractions, it's a long hike. That said, over you're there, this is one of the most little kid friendly parks. My toddler had a blast "driving" the tractor, riding the train and building. There were plenty of sorts to nurse the infant as well with out being on display. The staff are all polite and welcoming.
Legoland was kind of a strange place. As an adult it looked somewhat rundown and far less vibrant and exciting as I imagined in my mind. However my two boys enjoyed it I believe more than any park in the Orlando area. Granted it was far less crowded (and they were able to do more then just walk around and stand in lines) but things that seem to be for small children we're just as fun for them. It served as a reminder that they are still kids and they see things differently than adults do. In the end it may have been the best money I spent in Orlando.
