The hotel and room was clean enough, but our room was quite small. The side doors coming in from the parking lot were unlocked and no use of the key cards were needed, which was something that needs addressed for security reasons. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We did see several spiders in the room, but in all fairness, it was chilly and the season is fall, so they are looking for warm places. We didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was quite good. The dining area was also very clean.
The service was terrible! My first stay at the Ramada. I loves the rooms, everything was working in them. I loved that we got water passes that were included in the stay but Tiffany at the front desk didn't tell us that until we left. =( Pool ran out of towels and when we asked the front desk ( Tiffany) she stated they were all dirty and in the wash. I asked for any towel and she just repeated herself. My 12 year old had to wait till we went up and brought down the room towels! Terrible terrible service which is such a shame because the hotel was nice!
Nice pool with late night swim hours. Small hot tub. Good price. Had a suite with king and 2 queens in separate room. Beds a little hard but very clean room.
Choose a different hotel. My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week while on vacation at the Dell's. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. They have an indoor pool, which is heated but was filled with some sort of sand on the bottom. The guy at the desk advised it was due to the pool filter. The hot tub was luke warm at best (when it was working). The sauna was just a humid room with a heater and foul smell. Also, the gym/weight room only had 3 pieces of outdated/broken equipment and some hand weights. If the appearance doesn't deter you, the smell definitely will! The room was fairly clean upon check-in. However, do not expect any quality maid service during your stay. Even when you place the "replace bedding" cards on the bed, you will not get fresh bedding. We even attempted to place the dirty bedding under the wet towels in the bathroom, thinking they would have to put clean on the bed. Nope, they folded the wet dirty bedding and placed it back on the bed. Once we discovered this we went to the desk to retrieve our own clean bedding. That was next to impossible. Not once during our week stay did the bathrooms get even a wipe down. We had to call for toilet paper each time a roll ran out. The mini-fridge froze everything that was placed it in. And there was trash from previous guests under the bed. I'm not sure that a vacuum entered that room for a while. Do not get swayed by the free Noah's Ark passes during the stay, that is a standard at almost any lodging spot near the Dell's. I cannot stress enough to find a different hotel!
Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but perfectly comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect for the event we attended at Buffalo Phil's. No hassles while there.
