Just off the Wolfe Island, you will find a small island on Lake Ontario called Simcoe Island. Mainly a farmland, the Simcoe Island is easily accessible from Wolfe Island by ferries. This small island is only 6 kilometers long. The island was earlier known for having a small forest, but later the French settlers removed all the trees to use it as a farmland. The main points of attraction on Simcoe Island are Nine Mile Point Lighthouse, the folktales you will listen about it, and the cable ferry ride to the island.
