Wollongong Botanic Garden, Wollongong Reviews

  • Expansive and beautiful gardens. There are many great features in these gardens to come and relax or organise a gathering. Some great art installations too. Really well maintained and great variety of plant life. Would recommend visiting!!

  • I absolutely loved the succulent garden! Overall, the park is nice. We weren't happy that some of the tracks were closed, and it looked like they had been closed for a while and everyone ignored it. There's also a Japanese garden and a pond. Overall nice place to visit with kids.

  • The park for the kids could use a little bit more variety but overall botanical gardens is great. The kids always have a great time at the duck pond and there is plenty to explore around the gardens. Be careful of the 2 hour parking limit as time can go quick while you're walking around.

  • This is a beautiful relaxing well kept garden. Plenty of rest areas as you walk around, well positioned toilets, plenty of picnic tables and a awesome play area for children. Don't forget your peas or grapes to feed the ducks and eels. Photo's are from sculptures in the gardens 2018.

  • A cute, heart warming walk. Beautiful red foot bridge. Easy to get to and find. No cafes or food nearby, (unless you leave Wollongong CBD) only downturn.
