Richmond Hill Park Reviews & Ratings

  • Excellent wooded course. Front 9 has a nice balance of open lines through the trees with some challenging tee shots. The back 9 is much less forgiving and will punish missed technical shots. Layout is excellent...the course plays well with virtually no interference from the surrounding multi use trails.

  • Nice network of trails to jog or walk the dog and a disk golf course. If you go in about a mile there is a pretty view of the French Broad River. Watch out for poison ivy in the summertime, especially on the smaller side trails.

  • You can't get too lost in this park! It's contained well, and you'll eventually find your way back with signs leading to the parking area. That's good, because the signage can be rather confusing. If biking, watch for trees down on the Brown and Red trails. There's a nice 18 hole Disc Golf course with some interesting elevation challenges.

  • Fun time! Lots of trails. Plenty of poison ivy ( the reason for less than 5 stars) but hey... you're in the woods after all

  • Fantastic and beautiful Disc Golf course. A little challenging but very rewarding.
