Festung Marienberg, Würzburg Reviews - Write a Review
Beautiful little area with lots of visual touristy delights. They have an amazing bird's eye view of the town once you go into the terrace area. There's also a beautiful garden.
Great views and worth walk up. Walk is only 10 minutes from alte bridge. Under construction at top so look for tiny walkway to access the Queens Garden for the best view, and take a wine.
Great views f the city. Self guided tour with little English. It is a nice walk up
If you manage to walk to the top of the hill, there will be a nice view of city to enjoy. Try to be there before 17:30 to see inside the building. If not check the right wings, still you can enjoy the panorama view.
The tour of the dungeons and armor is the best, get tickets in the shop. The other museum not quite worth it although great views and history of Wurzburg if you like that. If you don't want to walk up the hill use the #9 bus.
