Wulao mountain is the local people’s favourite place for morning exercises. It is about 500 metres high. If you are in the middle of the city and want to feel fresh, climb this mountain. There is beautiful scenery on the way up. And from the top you can see the Xiamen city and also a bit of the Gulangyu Island. The mountain is very close to the Xiamen University. It is mostly occupied by a diverse crowd, which includes both old and young people. Highlights and must sees include:
