Located on Bo Aung Kyaw Street in Botahtaung Township, Yangon, the Saint Mary’s Cathedral is an exquisite place of spirituality to visit. The cathedral looks beautiful with its red brick exterior that also exhibits spires and a bell tower. This is the largest church in Burma that was designed by Dutch architect Joseph Cuypers, son of Pierre Cuypers. Having suffered adverse times such as 1930 Rangoon earthquake and World War II, this church still stands intact and imposing.

Its The biggest and most beautiful church in Myanmar .
Impressive religious building. Felt like i was in Europe. It also shared the space with former Saint. Paul School. There is an entrance fees (2000ks/For this moment) Nice to see afternoon to eacape for sun.
Beautiful 500 year old church. Grounds and church are huge. Inside is stunning. Foreigners entrance fee is 2000 per person.
I think it is an ancient and valuable memorial place of Christians. It is peaceful and enjoyable during December or X-mas holidays and new year welcoming periods.
Good to go for both having tasty Burmese food and car grooming, polish, wash etc. @ same time you spent your time.
