  • Tons of fun! Great instruction and support. If you decide to book studio yime afterwards, ask for a time when there is no class going on, if you want to be able to make the most of it.

  • I visited this store my last full day in Yellowknife and purchased a wine glass for my spouse as a souvenir, which they offered to ship to our home in BC. Because it was Sunday, I was told that the shipping department would call me the next morning to establish the final price including shipping. Not only did they NOT call the next morning, every time that I called to try to take care of this, they told me no one could talk to me and they'd call me back later that day. By Thursday I had had enough of this treatment and told them to cancel the order. Now a week later and the charge from them on the glass is still on my credit card. Of course no followup from anyone to apologize for this crummy experience. If this is the kind of memory you want to take back from Yellowknife, by all means, give them your business. [Note that apology below ignores that I left multiple messages, WITH MY CALLBACK NUMBER, yet never heard from them. They blew me off, full stop.]

  • Matthew and team are amazing! Visit them for a fun day of crafting with glass or renting a bike, visit the showroom and the bike dome!
