  • There are many ways to describe this in: old, majestic, beautiful, old. Just walking in this hotel is magical, staying in it is a dream come true. You get what you pay for. The beds are nice, rooms are in good shape. But be aware it's age shows. The water will run hot or cold randomly, and the walls are exactly sound proof but they inn manages sound well and takes care of you. It's proximity to old faithful is unbeatable. The meals in the dining room are delicious. I'd stay here again and again.

  • Beautiful lodge! So much history and rustic charm. Stay in the old portion of the lodge. Yes, you have to share a bathroom, but they are clean and usually mostly free! The charm of the old rooms with their heaters, wooden cabin like feels are amazing. The food in the restaurants are mediocre at best. Make sure to make reservations. There are few rooms where you can view Old Faithful Geyser, but make the trek out and catch it from the observation point or from the benches surrounding the site. Overall enjoyed our stay at the Old Faithful Inn.

  • Really amazing place to stay at. The views of old faithful and other geysers were amazing and the interior of the building is really beautiful. There is pretty good food and many cool places to sit down and eat it. The rooms aren't as great being pretty small and some with mice and it takes about 2 years to book one. The central location of the lodge in relation to the park makes it very easy to move around the park without that much driving. Overall it was a beautiful place and I hope to stay there next time I visit the park.

  • It's a great place to visit and really nice to be right in the heart of the thermal features. We stayed in the 'new addition' area of the inn. I believe it was added in the 1920's. We did have a bathroom in our room. Although it was cool and comfortable outside, our room would not cool off. There is a fan in the room but there are no outlets near the window. I wanted to put the fan in the window. I would stay here again but I would definitely bring an extension cord. We ate at the cafeteria for dinner. Not a lot of options and it was ok. Our breakfast was a buffet. The food was good but it was barely warm. There's a lot of outdoor seating on the second floor of the inn and there's a bar to purchase some drinks. That was just beautiful

  • Absolutely breathe taking. Staying at the inn is a completely different atmosphere than just going to see old faithful. Having a fire in the lobby and meeting new people and every turn. Very little cellphone reception, if any. Making everyone or down the phone and talk to each other. No television keeps everyone together. Bring a book, start a night or two and reconnect with nature. You will not regret any minute.
