Located some 15 miles to the northeast of Bali, this is a small island, part of the Indonesian archipelago. You will also get to see here some tame deer that have given the island its name as Menjangan means deer in the Indonesian language. It is said that the local population observes herds of deer covering around 1.2 miles to arrive on the island in Spring. Come to Menjangan Island, visit some local temples, and snorkel the clear waters to observe some of the best-preserved coral reefs.
