Ghostly screeches, apparitions and spooky, indistinct murmur…35 Stonegate, a 700 years old mansion, is reputed to be haunted. Visitors claim to have experienced unexplainable presences in the house. Ghost hunters and many TV shows have explored the premises for possible explanations to the local legends.
The first ominous warning you get is the 1682 Bible hanging on the front door…and the omens never cease. If you are visiting alone, you need not worry! You can explore the house with others in a group. You are taken into the main hall of the old house and from there into the various old rooms. As you make your way through the house, you can’t help but feel an inexplicable chill in the air.
The tour around the house lasts about 30 to 40 minutes. Once you finish the guided tour, you are free to look around on your own, if you dare, that is. Who knows? Maybe you will cross paths with the previous inhabitants of 35 Stonegate.

Spooky place but spoiled by the audio which personally just tries to scare you and make you goosebumpy and cold. My suggestions would be 1. night visits 2. Turn off the audio and make your own way round 3. go around in 2s and not big groups which takes the edge of it. 4. Don't charge so much, Must be making a killing out of the place.
Not worth wasting your money on. Would be scarier at night and without the audio in each room. The scariest part was being worried about health and safety as it was drummed into you to a point where if you did trip (there were plenty of opportunities too) you would most likely be made to feel an idiot. Tourist cash in.
