Pizza and staff was horrible glad its closed
Nice pizza hut, visited at lunch time. Had their buffet menu everything fresh as it was very busy. I had to ask for margarita as none there. Manager very accommodating and got one right away.
Great service! The waitress tonight made us feel very welcome and was lovely with the kids. So friendly. Food excellent pizzas were amazing and my 5 year old said the spaghetti was the best he's ever had!!! Unlimited fizzy drinks and ice cream the kids thought it was heaven. Very good price aswell for the amount of food and pop we had. Would Deffo use again!!!
Awful. This has to be THE worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the misfortune of eating in. Waited ages for someone to notice we were waiting by the door for a table (even though there were 5 staff behind the bar) and a few glances in our direction, only to be still ignored. We chose the buffet as we had children with us and it was "supposed" to be quicker and easier. There was hardly any pizza on the buffet hot plate and what was there was burnt and very unappetizing to look at. There was only one pasta option that was stodgy and absolutely horrible. We waited half an hour for the pizzas to be replenished. Apparently there was an issue with one of their ovens, but they didnt prehandle anyones expectations over the lengthy wait for pizza to be available. The restaurant was filthy dirty and there was a half eaten / chewed up piece if pizza that sat next to the ice cream station for a good hour before it was cleaned up (i watched 2 different serving staff walk past it and actually look at it and still not clean it away). The toilets were the most disgusting public toilets i have ever seen. Urgh. The whole place needs a health and safety inspection. The service is rubbish. The food is rubbish. Its dirty and the Manager was completely ineffectual and hopeless. I will never ever go back. If one of us isnt ill this evening we will have got off lightly.
the food is relatively cheap and good quality, seating upstairs is lovely and always quite quiet :)
