Spread across an area of 750 acres, the Rocky Ridge Park is a forested park where ninety percent of the park is lined with mature oak trees. The park encompasses miles of trails that can be used for hiking, biking and much more. Major attractions of the park include picnic pavilions, playgrounds, volleyball court, horseshoe pits and softball fields. The park offers some of the most striking views of the Susquehanna Valley from the two observation decks in the park and thereby attracts a lot of nature enthusiasts. Also, there are pavilions in the park which can be rented for a reasonable rate and can accommodate anywhere between fifty to two-hundred people. • The trails and facilities are well-manicured and clean. There is enough variety in trails for all fitness levels and sporting interests. It is a wonderful place to take a family picnic, see beautiful Christmas light displays, or hike on a lovely day!

  • An absolutely beautiful park. Great place to take your kids, animals or loved ones. During Christmas they have lights set up for the public to worker walk out drive through and it's a stunning sight!

  • Make sure to wear bug spray not just for the ticks but the gnats and flys. Be ready to walk through loads of spider webs if you are one of the first few people on one of the trails. It's a great park and the trails are similar to hiking in the mountains just with the humming of electric lines and you can hear the highway.

  • One of my favorite places. They have hiking & biking trails. Beautiful views. Pavillions, places to grill, and playgrounds. In the winter that have everything decorated for Christmas. Definitely worth checking out of you like nature.

  • Great variety of trails here for every ability type. Some sections don’t drain well, leading to trail closures to bikes that can last weeks in the early Spring. Apart from this, Rocky Ridge is a great place for mtn biking, walking, etc.
