Zagreb Eye - Review

The most WYSIWYG attraction in town, this viewpoint on the sixteen floor of a skyscraper in the heart of the city offers the best views a 360-degree panorama. And there’s literally nothing else to do here. Bring your own snacks and prepare your camera for sights of Kaptol, Gradec, Upper Town, Lower Town, and pretty much everything else that’s important about Zagreb and the Medjevac mountains off in the distance. The best part is how the viewpoint is open late into the evening, so you can come back here at night to see the city all lit up an enchanting sight during Christmas and New Years.

Zagreb Eye, Zagreb Reviews

  • Cool place to get a 360 view of Zagreb. The admission price is inexpensive and once you pay you can go in and out as many times as you want throughout the day. With that in mind you can go during the day and take pictures and then go back at night to view the sun set and enjoy the city lights. They also have a little café that serves, coffee, beer and ice cream. No food though.

  • Not worth the money even though the view is in fact the best you can have from a high tower. They promise a discount card which is no longer accepted by most of the announced places. Staff is nice and do their best to make you feel good. When informed about wrong publicity they blame it all on the management...

  • A very quaint place although a bit misleading maybe. The 360 observation deck is actually a bar with an almost 360 view of zagreb. There is no deck, there is no platform but still you can get a really nice view of the whole city. The drinks are pricey even for a central bar and you also have to pay the entrance fee so if you're on a budget maybe skip it entirely.

  • Cool view of the city. Everything safely fenced off, so it's ok to bring young kids up there. Admittance 30 kuna per person. Lovely bar at the top, drinks not too pricey. Board games available.

  • I don't care what they call this, it's a rooftop bar. Decent prices. Great view. Strict bouncer who won't let you take your drink out to the caged viewing area, but that's alright. They have a video screen which plays MTV music videos nonstop, which certainly differentiates this from other establishments in the vicinity. Still not sure if I liked that bit or not but it gives you something to look at if you get tired of seeing the sprawling cityscape below.
