Also known as Botanical Garden Javier Winthuysen, this Botanical garden of Zaragoza is located in the Park Jose Antonio Labordeta and frequented by a lot of tourists throughout the year. This place has a long history to it since its establishment. It has been rehabilitated and then destroyed and rehabilitated again after the wars. The garden that we are seeing today was partly designed by Javier Winthuysen, a young enthusiast of parks and garden in Spain who gave the idea of remodelling the garden. It is on him, the garden has been named after. There is a lot of things to see and explore here. You can see a variety of plants and herb and learn about them. Digging a little deeper will also give you stories of its struggle and how it survived and evolved through years of war. If nothing a mere walk and talk with locals is relieving expeience.
