One of the trademark breweries of Zurich, Bier Paul Brauereiladen signifies perfection and elegance in the art of preparation of beer. This brewery was set up by two friends Hansruedi Schadeli and Otto Sorg jun who opened it in September 2000 and started serving beer to tourists as well as locals. In the premises, there is a shop that offers great beer (of course, at a price!). The staff is cooperative and will let you know of the various textures of beers available here. Do visit it to sample beer from your trip to Zurich!
