Know More about this tour

Your day will be filled with amazing sites after your English-speaking guide collects you in comfortable vehicle, escorting you from landmark to landmark.
The Hermitage Museum, located in the Winter Palace is the first imperial location.Founded by Catherine the Great upon purchasing 255 paintings from Berlin, the Hermitage now has over 2.7 million displays. Since 1764, it's housed the main portions of the Hermitage Collection. With masterpieces by Da Vinci, Rafael, Monet, Rembrandt, and Renoir it's regarded as a marvel, both inside and out.

Then you visit the romantic-styled Church of our Savior on Spilled Blood. Erected in 1883, following the assassination of Emperor Alexander III (on this exact location), the grand church (with its 7500 beautiful mosaics) was completed in 1907.

Thereafter, you'll be escorted to the iconic Peterho Parks. Dubbed the Russian Versailles and erect by Peter the Great to rival Versailles, the stunning collection of palaces, gardens and grottos are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • I love this tour! Our guide Victoria was awesome and very informative. It was all that I expected except that we didn't really have time for lunch. It was a one day tour but we were only given 15 min. and by the time we went back to the cruise ship we were not only exhausted but starving as well.

  • The tour itself was great. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The only glitch was going to customs. Our tour was suppose to start at 7:30 am.
The ship was sending their people on their tours first out of the ship.
By the time all the people going on our tour came through customs, it was 10:00a.m.
My recommendation to the tour companies is not to start at 7:30 when their is customs involved.

  • Rather than taking a land tour with our cruise ship we chose Viator. It was the best decision we made and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide, Victoria, was extremely knowledgeable , caring and patient. We were about 15 adultsmostly Seniors, who were not to swift on our feet. We never had to wait to enter any of the sites, we did not have to purchase a Visa and never felt rushed. We all loved Victoria!!! I do recommend that an extra gratuity, in this case, is highly recommended

  • Our guide sorry I forgot his name was one of the kindest persons I met. Half way our tour, one of the couples in our tour got a text from their son who got sick at the ship. So they decided to leave the tour early. Our tour guide was so kind to assist them on the way back to the ship with the help of the tour driver they were able to go back safely and fast. But of course this incident cost our trip to be late on our itinerary. With the kindness of our tour director, he extended our tour beyond our allotted time so we can see all the places that we're supposed to visit. Our tour guide has so much knowledge with so many information he knows about this tour. He also took good care of us by frequently reminding us to be careful of our belongings. And he was so kind to pay for all of our bathroom use because none of us have Russian money to pay for the bathroom use. He is such an amazing tour guide.

  • It was a very good tour for the cost. Let me tell you exactly what happened. Our Cruise dropped us at morning 7 but there was a massive queue due to a computer problem in the immigration which took 2.5 hours for us to complete immigration. They were waiting for us outside. Be warned though, if you are the first person to go out and meet the tourer, then you would have potentially waited for 2.5 hours until everyone arrives for their tour our your had 14 people and we were the last but one.
The tour was excellent and covers the major spot including Hermitage museum covers the entry fee as well.
Our tourer Katherine alias Kat was brilliant as well. A very recommended tour.

  • Katherine our guide is passionate about her job and extremely knowledgeable. Igor our driver ensured a relaxed and safe experience when in his hands. All in all a fantastic day!

  • Hermitage and Summer Palace were really beautiful.

  • Excellent tour and good value for money. We had Daniel as our tour guide who spoke excellent English and showed us several important spots in Saint Peterburg. I would strongly recommend this tour.

  • Our tour in Saint Petersburg was wonderful!!, would have loved it even more if we had more time there. Our tour guide Daniel was great!!

  • Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the arts and museums. Crammed a lot into one day which was great for us. Logistics need work- i.e. We had no opportunity for lunch or even beverages. Started late and ended early. Could be a great tour with just a few little but important improvements.
