This tour is good value in its all-included version: one stop shop and one does not have to worry about tickets and timing. My tour did not start on time. I purchased the tour on a Monday evening for a Wednesday departure. The tour operator Nikita Holidays never processed my purchase. Wednesday morning at 7 am I was ready to go but the driver had not showed up and I had not heard from Nikita. I called them at 7:10 am. They were able to do a quick recovery after I called. By 8 am I was on my way to Agra. Due to the late departure we probably got a bit more traffic around Delhi than we should have. One highlight of our tour was the guide. We got Rocky as guide. He knew Agra and all the attractions in detail. We loved the interaction. He knew everyone in town and we never had to stand in line for anything. Rocky gave us VIP treatment. The lunch though was a bit of a disappointment. Priya is just an average restaurant in Agra and the food was barely Ok. While I recommend our guide, I would not recommend the restaurant. Our driver had decent driving skills. He was kind and courteous. But on the way back he stopped several times. Not sure if it was a restroom stop or he wanted to smoke a cigarrete here and there. That, coupled with the evening traffic in Delhi made our return trip very long.

Arun is a first rate guide, he explained the past and applied it to the present. We are very pleased with his service. He allowed for flexibility and also got us to specific venues. Much appreciated Arun.

My first time in India but for business. I had a full day spare and so Taj Mahal was the must do. Found Nitika Holidays through Viator, with good reviews. I wanted a day trip that was all organized and nothing for me to coordinate. That was the experience I got from the booking process, through to my on time pick up by a gentleman named Vishan. Vishan the driver picked me from my hotel in Delhi at 2:30am as we were doing a sunrise tour. On arrival in Agra, we picked up Arun my knowledgeable guide. No answer to a question I asked was out of his reach. Both Vishan and Arun spoke good English. The highlight was of course Taj Mahal where we stayed for at least two hours before being taken to a lovely 5 Star hotel for breakfast. Arun really helped by getting me there early enough to beat the crowds. He provided a good mix of guided tour with alone time which was great. The next main event was the red fort at Agra which was also superb. Again Arun did not disappoint in his knowledge. My only feedback is that I was taken to a couple of shops (Jewelry and Marble shops). I agreed or at the very least acquiesced to going knowing that I wouldn’t enjoy the experience. All the shop people were very nice and not pushy (unlike experiences in Egypt and Turkey). But if I’m not intending to shop, it’s a detractor not a benefit for my experience. That said I could have been more clear in my wishes. Vishan really looked after me with cold / hot beverages. And both Vishan and Arun were personable and asked some question about me and answered mine also. I think that made the day a very pleasant one. I’d recommend Arun, Vishan and Nikita Holidays. Good experience.

Made my first visit to Agra. Glad to meet my local guide Rocky. He is very knowledgable and able to show me Agra Font and Taj Mahal efficiently. He is flexible to meet my needs. Glad to recommend him to show you around Agra. In this morning, my driver Prem picked me up from Delhi airport at 6am. He is a careful driver, brought me to Agra safely and comfortably.

Both the guide and driver are very good, guide’s Chinese is very good, though he only studied Chinese in Delhi for two years. He also took nice pictures for me in the Taj Mahal. He told me lots introduction of the history and touching stories, very impressing by the trip arrangement. The driver is also quite nice and warm hearted and drove safely along the road, nice personality.
