Mi pareja y yo estuvimos el año pasado en el mes de octubre visitando Vietnam. A nuestro paso por Hanoi pasamos a informarnos con esta empresa para nuestro viaje a la Bahia de Ha Long y nos atendió Alice. Una chica encantadora que nos ayudó en todo momento, incluso informándonos de cosas que no tenían que ver con nuestro viaje, nos fue de muchísima ayuda. De corazón aconsejo a todos aquellos viajeros que van a Vietnam y todavía les queda por atar unos cabos, se acerquen a esta agencia y les atiendan. Quedamos encantados de la hospitalidad que se nos ofreció a coste 0€. Muy recomendable.

We really enjoyed the trip. Tour guide picked us from our hotel which was great, he was really helpful with everything and cared about us. The only con is that room was kinda smelly. Bad it doesn't have a window which can be opened. But we stayed on a sundeck mostly:) Everything was really clean and the ship crew deserves a golden medal for their hospitality :)

The 5-star tour and 2 days 1 night stay in Ha Long Bay (Lan Ha Bay) was very good. The nature of Ha Long Bay is fascinating. We had a great time with the comfort of the hotel and very delicious food. We are grateful for the advice of the tour company representative Lucy.

We recieved an excellent service at this travel agency, where Alice helped us book the tour. She was so nice and professional and had a really good english. We went on the 2 days Halong Bay tour with Cozy Bay Cruise and the staff was so amazing and friendly. There were a lot of activities and we had so much fun during the stay. You should definitely go!

Wir haben bei Tracey in Hanoi den 2-Tages-Ausflug nach Halong Bay auf dem Cozy Bay Cruise gebucht. Tracey hat uns super beraten und uns ihre Kontaktdaten gegeben, damit wir sie immer kontaktieren konnten. Wir hatten eine super Zeit auf dem Schiff und konnten nach der Rückkehr unsere Rucksäcke in der Agency deponieren bis unser Nachtzug nach Hue abfuhr. Auch diese Buchung hat Tracey übernommen und uns bis zum Train Terminal begleitet. Super freundlich & zuvorkommend! Danke Tracey!
