My husband and I had a lovely experience on the Legend 1 (one cabin boat). Strong, our host was great and took good care of our needs. The boat itself was authentic but could use some love and care. Very cool experience to be the only guests on a boat and get to explore the islands, caves and also kayak.

This isn't the first time I experience cruise in Halong Bay. However, this is the best cruise I have ever experienced. Western and Eastern cuisine are perfectly combined during 3 meals and 1 brunch. The ingredients are all fresh and carefully selected with premium brands. The view from every single rooms in the cruise are all amazing. Beside, I would like to say that it is pleasant to enjoy this tour with those staffs who are reliable, and intelligent people with good sense of humor. Their delicacy did surprised me and my parents in law a lot. Personally, I would like to thank Mr. Hưởng (waiter) who was extremely concentrating on taking care of my family during main dining; Mr. Tuấn (tuorist guide) who supported us warmly during our 2-day-journey; and Mr. Nam (bartender) who open-handedly gave my 4-year-old daughter one more dish of mango when she was upset because of running out of mango in the buffet. The Cruise Manager is such a talented and professional manager. I admire the way he controled every elements and balanced different tourist's interests. I can feel the love he gave to our Halong Bay when he helped us to fish some plastic bottles out of the Bay in the kayaking-time. Finally, I will recommend Bhaya Cruise in general and Au Co 2 Cuise in particular for my friends who are interested in Cruise in Halong bay. I'm looking forward to the day I can see Au Co 2 crew again and experience 3-day-tour with you guys.

We enjoyed the 2.5 day cruise on Bayha 8 in the company of Cruise Manager Toyan and crew who were all super freindly and efficient. Unfortuntely the weather was poor but we still had a great time onboard and managed to fit in most of the advertised activities due to the determination of the crew that we had a great time. Also, we were fortunate to have really friendly "shipmates" which contributed to the good time we had. There were only a total of 6 "cruisers" onboard which made for a good atmosphere as we all got to know each other really well - swopping stories of our travels. The ship was clean and tidy and everything well organised. Special attention was paid to safety when getting on and off the vessel onto the small boat that transferred us to / from shore during the cruise. The food was amazing and plentiful and the drinks reasonable priced - especially when we took advantage of "Happy Hour". We were lucky to have been able to take the cruise as the company had to suspend cruises the following week due to the Coronavirus. Thanks again to Toyan and co who really made the trip so enjoyable. Highy recommended.

Being an elderly couple my husband and I booked a cabin with a balcony because we thought that as we would probably be unable to do the cave visit a balcony would allow us to enjoy the views of the karst formations of Halong Bay instead. At 3pm we anchored for a cave visit, which involved a trip in a kayak, so we stayed on board. The itinerary states that after this cave visit the boat cruises to its overnight anchorage but once we had anchored the boat didn’t sail again until approx. 6.30am. It also states that on the second morning we should have visited a floating village but it offered another cave visit which involved a steep climb and 400 steps to deal with, so we decided not to take part in that visit also. As the boat didn’t sail between 3pm on the first day and 6.30am on the second we only had about 4 hours in total where we were able to watch the scenery and for most of that time we were having lunch and breakfast so paying for a balcony was a complete waste of money. We were given no information whatsoever about the karst formations so if you are considering a cruise to enlighten you about and to see the wonderful karst scenery in Halong Bay then I would recommend choosing another cruise company that might offer this. This was obviously not the crew’s fault because we found the manager, Son, and the rest of the crew on board Bhaya Premium to be extremely helpful and very friendly. Also, the food was excellent.

The cruise left in the late morning from the dock and we spent three days exploring in and around the beautiful Halong Bay. There are a bit too many ship/excursion companies but it is beautiful with the Karst stone structures that jut out of the water at various levels, shapes and sizes. The excursion over the 2 days took us on a cave hike to a beach, kayaking into a cave, a fishing village and more. The meals were included on board but for the drinks. They were tasty, and good. We were with people from Germany, France, the USA, and us from Canada. The servers and crew were quite nice. Our tour guide was nice but not consistent in his customer service. Our room was comfy but small and had a ensuite bathroom. I would recommend this cruise.

What a wonderful experience! we was greeted at the port by a reception we was not expecting, drinks on arrival and wet towels. The manager was so welcoming and most courteous, helpful we think his name was Jack. The cruise was such bliss, never rushed, it was so relaxing and the scenery is nothing like anything we've seen before. It was my wife's unusual birthday 29th Feb and she turned 14 as a leap year girl. The staff dimmed the lights at our deliciuos evening meal and presented her with Roses a cake and candles. Worth every penny.

We loved our Ha Long Bay Bhaya Cruise. The scenery is gorgeous. We kayaked around a floating fishing village. We explored a cave. We spent the two days with delightful couples from around the world. The best part of the cruise was our Cruise Leader, Chris. He is a young man of incredible knowledge and charm. He began our time together with a warm "Welcome to Chris' House". He definitely treated us as special friends at his home. He gave us a cooking lesson and turned it into a contest. We had so much fun. The food was delicious as well.
