They have shared these treasures with visitors for 170 years and proudly continue that legacy today.

FlexiTours is amazing! Philippa planned the most wonderful 2day experience for us that exceeded expectations. We were picked up from our Airbnb and transported down to Hobbiton then did Te Puia for a terrific lunch & tour of the Kiwis/Geyser/cultural Māori. Night activity was Mitai village. Our hotel was Jet Park which was great! Clean room good breakfast. Day 2 was Canopy zip line tour, Polynesian Spa then Glow worm cave. There is no way we could have planned to do all of this on our own FlexiTours was able to coordinate all the transportation and enable us to really experience Rotorua and all it has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book with FlexiTours they are amazing. All the transport vans were clean spacious and the drivers were perfect! The drivers explained things along the drive & Filip stayed in contact with us to ensure we were having a good time. Thanks to Philippa, Vic, Dallas! You made our trip fabulous.

I arrived in Auckland with no idea what to see or do. Called FlexiTours NZ and after describing my situation and time frame, Phillipa was able to put together a custom tour including a wine tour day trip, followed by a tour to Hobbiton, Rotorua, Waitomo Caves & Spellbound Caves, as well as 2 different Maori cultural experiences, and a trip to the Polynesian Spa! She even coordinated with another tour operator in order to allow me to stay in Rotorua a little longer! The drivers, Andy, Ramon and Dallas, were terrific, like having a personal friend along with me! I'm so glad to I called!

Was perfect, Philippe solving all my problems, and as their name says, FLEXIBLE and eager to help you with all your needs, with a smile. Really a very good experiencia.

Great experience, friendly staff, good tours, comfortable transport and accommodation, with good choices of restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Our tour was conducted by Flexitours. Over the course of two days, we were seamlessly handed off to four different guides, three of whom were outstanding. On parts of the trip, we were the only ones in the van so the personalized attention we got was amazing and appreciated. Hobbiton was delightful for the setting. and the attention to detail, even for visitors who might not be familiar with Tolkien. Rotorua will be especially interesting to those who have not seen Yellowstone in the US. Our accommodation and food were standard and quite adequate to the trip. We were glad to have done it all over two days rather than one long one.

Viator has provided exceptional service in each country and with each trip. The subcontractors they use are also of high quality. In this case they used flexitoursNZ. Great service, I left something on in one of the vans and with lots of logistics they got it back to me. The Mitai cultural show was the best cultural performance I have every seen. Each of the performers was passionate about showing us a little of the Maori culture. I would highly recommend this trip, it was great to stay overnight and spread out the activities.

I went through Viator tours and they used flexitoursNZ. Excellent service. On time, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. A great combination for a tour company. I highly recommend the Mitai performance and dinner, best cultural show I have ever seen. All of the activities were of high quality and spending overnight was a good way to stretch out the activities. Excellent all around

We were put on a different group for various leg of the tour as participants opted for different options. Yet arrangements were very good and we were always told clearly what would happen next. We liked everything - from Hobbiton, to geysers and buffet lunch (one of our best meals in NZ!), to the glowworm cave, except the Mouri (Mitai) traditional show - the dinner wasn't great, and it dragged on for too long. We do recommend the 2-day instead of 1-day tour though if you have the time to spare as the Thermal Wonderland is also worth visiting. Thanks to all the guides who were super professional and helpful - Chris, Fran, Ric etc.
