Tour guide was knowledgeable in his explanation. Worth the money spend (wish it can be cheaper a bit!). Amazing scenic views along the interstate highways to and fro, and of course not forgetting the spectacular views of Sha Qua Ga Falls and Niagara Falls (from both US and Canada's perspective). Hopeful that one day more countries' passports could enter Canada to view Niagara Falls without having to apply for visa. Blessed that my passport is able to enter in without visa, but regrettable to see others who wished to go there could not due to visa issues. Otherwise, it is an enjoyable tour!

Wonderful views of the fall colours along the journey, well-paced (not rushed through) itinerary. Very friendly guides and such a nice weather. All added up to give us the most enjoyable experience of the Niagara Falls. It was great to see the falls from US as well as Canadian sides and the Maid of the mist tour provided the icing on the cake!

Iroda was a great guide! She was kind but still very good at keeping people punctual. The bus was very nice and comfortable and the driver was skilled. We felt safe and taken care of the whole time. The breaks were well spaced out and food options were decent. We stayed on the Canadian side and the hotel was a bit far from the falls and fun, but taxi service is available and very fast. We didn’t live the hotel it felt old and run down, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I’m spite of that, it is worth going to the Canadian side for sure. Niagara Falls is wonderful and speaks for itself.

The Falls is well worth the long journey a fantastic experience both views and on the ‘maid of the mist’ boat ride The shopping stop on return journey not worth the effort

Great trip. Highly recommended!! Bus was spacious and new. The guide was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. And the main attraction - The Falls must be seen!!

  • 19-Oct-2022

It was one of the best bus tours. They space out breakfast, lunch and sightseeing so you do not feel like you were just on a bus for 7 hours. The guides were knowledgeable and most friendly. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Niagra Falls. The hotel is in the downtown area and the breakfast was sufficient.

Great trip, well organised and the hotel was nice. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again. Seeing the falls from the Canada side is a must.

The programs is good but bad management ever!. Guid and travel companion ALWAYS late. Very annoying.

Most memorable experience Being sat on the coach first for 30 minutes as a couple were stood around the corner not in correct place. Followed by 1 and a half hours waiting at the border for people to sort there ArriveCAN out. Clearly states this should be done before. The guide in helping them robbed us of seeing the Canadian side in daylight. Then to top it off 4 people wandered off delaying us further then joked when they got on. 7 people of the trip were either just ignorant and inconsiderate or also stupid. Paid a lot of money constantly waiting for the same people guide should of sorted this. Driver was spot on and also annoyed, falls and maid of the mist spectacular. Also Wi-Fi didn’t work at all costing us data. Missed viewpoint on Canadian side as well due to woman getting up late then still having breakfast as everyone was leaving as we all waited for her. Not enough time unless you have a strict guide ruined the trip for the majority. Also had the cheek to ask for $40 dollars per couple tip. Feel sorry for the driver as he was perfect. Guide did give good information etc but doesn’t make up for time management and not dealing with persistent selfish guests no doubt tip related why he didn’t.
