We booked a 2 pm tour with Ellen. She was a star guide. First, the tour is more than long enough. We didn't feel skimped of any experiences and they got us into the water rather quickly. Ellen was adept at paddling while also telling us stories and histories. I've gone on to tell more people about the frigate birds since she taught me. As a fellow midwestener, I appreciated her midwestern energy: she talks fast, is friendly, and keeps on going. She never hesitated to make our experience more meaningful. She dove right in the water to grab a horseshoe crab, found nurse sharks for us, and also grabbed jellyfish and starfish for us to hold. I got MORE than I bargained for and it was great.

Had a wonderful 2 hours. Erin was great! she pointed out wild life and was full of info about the area. We made frequent stops and ventured thru the mangroves. Lots of fun!

One of the best tours I have ever taken in my travels. Guide your kayak thru unmarked channels in various mangrove forests; encounter numerous fish species, crustaceans and birds at a leisurely pace….a young lady named “Rachel” was the tour guide of our small group and was well versed and knowledgeable about everything we encountered…We plan on doing this again the next time we go to Key West.
