This tour exceeded our expectations! David is an engaging, informative guide who took care of our small group the entire trip. The train is mainly at the beginning and end of the tour, with most of the tour on comfortable buses and minivans that brought us closer to the memorable sights. Highly recommend this way of seeing beautiful Ireland and I would do definitely do on an Ireland rail tour again!

I had such a wonderful time all three days! All of my guides were super friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. The cliffs of moher was particularly wonderful, our guide John was wonderful, and our driver Jerry was a rockstar, they made two extra stops for us to see extra sights during the day. If you don't want to have to worry about anything but also pack in a lot of sites, I would highly recommend.

Incredible experience! Everything was perfectly coordinated and all accommodations were amazing. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet (John & Andrew are the best!!!!!!!). We couldn’t have done this trip well without them. Such an amazing time with great people!

The 3-day, 2-night tour was well worth it. We saw many of the sights we wanted to see in Ireland, including Blarney Castle (the grounds are spectacular), the Cliffs of Moher, Cobh, and the Ring of Kerry. Bunratty Castle and village were spectacular, as was a sheepdog demonstration in a downpour and a park waterfall. Our guide Terrence was quite knowledgeable, and he handled all the tour logistics. Killarney was a quaint town or small city to stay in, and the pub food at the lunch stops and the hotel breakfast food was quite good. We were very happy with our tour. Rain and fog in Kerry spoiled some expected views there but the tour guide does not control the weather!

We were completed taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our three day tour. Our guides John Todd and Andrew Roach were knowledgeable and made our trip comfortable, entertaining and certainly memorable. We learned so much more about the areas we visited because we had these professionals to lead us. Our drivers and everyone associated with the tour company, including the hotel and restaurant staff, absolutely did an amazing job going above and beyond to make sure we saw the very best of Ireland. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone wanting a quality experience.

Our tour guide, Bryan was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and kept everyone engaged with humor and interesting facts. The three days was packed with interesting scheduled activities but just enough time on our own to explore.

Our trip covered a lot of ground with two different guides…the guide who took us by train to Cork and again to the Cliffs of Moher was outstanding; the guide who took us on the Ring tour was terrible; the weather was horrible which didn’t lend itself to a good tour but the guide just wanted to get the trip over and could care less about the customer experience; he didn’t even bother to drop us at our bed and breakfast front door and we ended up walking three city blocks in the rain…The B&B accommodation was horrible; three beds in one room and no room to walk around the beds…besides, there were only two of us…

The Ring of Kerry and Cliffs of Moher were spectacular! Our tour guide was thorough and knew a lot of folk lore which was quite interesting. He was also able to arrange for anyone in the group to attend a Celtic Steps show which was outstanding. Our bed and breakfast hostess was a bit abrasive which dampened our enjoyment of Killarney.

While the locations selected were great, the whole process of the tour was hectic and tiring and confusing and involved a lot of self luggage transfers and walking quite a bit with the luggage. While the decription provide is not in itself inaccurate, they do not tell you that you have to transfer luggage in many places between buses and trains and also you are NOT dropped off and picked up at your hotel/B&B doorsteps. Sometimes you have to walk more than 500+ step with your luggage. Addiditonally the guides and drivers many times provide you worng or inconsistent information regarding the plan for the day. The stay provided for 2 of the 3 nights was in a dinghy, cold (no shampoo etc) B&B which was located some 1500 + steps from the main town drag in Killarney. All this information should have been disclosed upfornt so one could make a informed decision. There is no water or refreshments on the train so be prepared for this.

I have always wanted to see and visit Ireland, and i was able to see many places in a short time. As a solo traveler, i was content with the time spent at certain places (and there were many along the way!), taking many photos. I can see how some may think people get rushed, but one must respect that that it is a timed tour, and sometimes people need to catch a bus/train later in the day. Unfortunately I had to spend more due to being a solo traveler. Some other tours were overlapping, some joining us later in the week, making some scenarios and itineraries confusing, but trust the process, as it works out in the end! The rooms booked for me were awesome! very spacious and comfortable. The amount of places visited with admission price waived was great, and seeing all these places while avoiding having to rent a car works for me :). I got to see Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Castle Kylemore Abbey and so many other photogenic stops! The guides were knowledgeable, good on ya, Terrance! It got a bit hairy at the end, the bus was not going to stop at train station until others were dropped off first, and we had 15 minutes to catch a train back to Dublin. The driver did not like us speaking up, but we ended up being dropped off first, and just made our train All in all, such a good experience if one is willing to stick to a schedule
