Day 1 - 5 hours:
Meet your local guide in front of the hotel and then launch your journey towards St Peterburgs iconic attractions: St Isaacs Cathedral, Kazan cathedral, Winter palace and Faberge museum. Then enjoy walking through thescenic parks and historical streets of downtown St Petersburg, go toa local cozy cafe to try the traditional Russian cuisine, get an insight on the local life and people, take pictures of many scenic views of the bridges, canals, cathedrals, monuments, squares, parks and fountains.
Day 2 - 5 hours:
On the second day you can take a river cruise down the Neva river on a high-speed hydrofoil to Peterhof. You local guide will take you to the Peterhof Palace, the residence of the Russian Emperors, where you can marvel on the stunning architecture, sparkling fountains and the beautiful landscapes, takein the beautyof gold sculptures, serene ponds and original monuments. Later in the day you will have a chance to try Russian traditional pancakes on the shore of the Gulf of Finland.
Day 3 - 5 hours:
The third day of the tour will be dedicated to discovering the oldest and the most striking buildings of St Petersburg, like Peter and paul fortress and Strelka island. You will hear many outstanding stories about the Russian rulers and learn some historical facts about the city and country in general. Your guide will also take you to have a look on the ceremony of the guard mounting, which takes place every Saturday during the summer season, and let you enjoy the spectacular views over the St Petersburg skyline on the 138 feet high belfry.
