Know More about this tour

You will see Armao Beach, the Brigitte Bardot Statue and the monument to the Three Fishermen.
One of the most famous beaches in Bzios. Currently, the wooded shore has several renovated fishermen's houses.
One of the most famous beaches in the region and most visited by tourists.
Later, make a stop at the Praia do Forno, with its unique red sand. Characterized by its isolated aspect and makes an excellent attraction for travelers who love thosenatural spaces far from everything. With clear and calm waters - ideal for snorkeling - and the set of rocks and vegetation of the surroundings, are very inviting natural nuances.
You will also make a quick stop at Ponta da Lagoinha, a place that bordered with Africa in Pangea era. It is hidden between the beaches of Foca and Ferradura and accessible by a small trail (500 meters). The geological importance of the area - and its preservation - is so great that, in 2003, the government of the State of Rio de Janeiro toppled the tip and its rocky shores. An explanatory sign on the site informs about the formations and their curiosities, among them, the action of waves and tides to sculpt the granite.

We had booked through Trip Advisor. Our guide contacted us with instructions to meet at a specific spot at 8:30. No one greeted us, but a different tour company was at the location with their trolly. The woman at the reception desk had no idea that we were booked, in spite of showing her our ticket. Finally she contacted the number on our ticket and we were told it was “OK”. Tour was to depart at 9:00 didn’t get underway until 9:45 and the guide’s microphone didn’t work. Beautiful Island, but not the best experience,

My husband and I booked this tour. The tour itself showed us parts of the island that we would have never seen without it. The negatives are the address didn’t match up with the Bridgette Bardot Statue mentioned. So we finally asked locals where the statue was instead of going with the address. Once loaded and ready to go. We were told that we had to wait on one more. After waiting 15 minutes that person finally arrived. Then we drive 5 minutes down the road and told we had to wait for another couple who were lost. We waited for 15 minutes. This happened one more time. I realize the company didn’t want to leave anybody behind but they really frustrated the rest of the tour group. The tour was also scheduled for three hours but it ended up being a little more than 2 hours. Which ended up being ok as we were ready to get off the trolley.

The driver didn’t show up. We called and they said they could do it the next day. We had already paid tickets and on a cruise so next day wasn’t an option. We have applied for a refund

Passeio muito bacana, com guias muito atenciosos e lugares/vistas maravilhosas, cobrindo boa parte de búzios

We booked "Buzios by Trolley" through Princess and thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the peninsula. Our guide was a young woman with excellent English who narrated all along the route. Our favorite stop was at one of the beaches where we had time to walk around, swim or enjoy a local adult drink. We were all grateful for the guard dog who followed us around. Apparently he "adopts" a trolley each day and makes sure it's safe and secure!

Buzios is a lovely peninsula with outstanding vistas. A few stops for photos and to stretch your legs. I couldn’t get off at the stops as the steps were too narrow and I was getting over a couple of fractures. I expected this as I read reviews before going. Well worth going on this trip.

Easy to locate the bus. We had booked places through an agent but there were plenty of seats available on the day at lower prices. The guide spoke good English, was tolerant and humorous. There is a beach visit so, take a towel. The best seats are on the left hand side of the bus!

We had an excellent tour of Buzios, helped very much by having an enthusiastic tour guide. He was only 15 but spoke excellent English.

We highly recommend this tour otherwise you see very little of Buzios which is quite charming.
