We really enjoyed the tour! Carlos was very informative and took us to really nice places where we had great food. I loved it!

Our tour guide was Carlos and he was exceptionally pleasant. Our tour was small which was nice. We tried several Scottish delicacies, whiskey, freshly made fudge and had scones and tea! The tour is expensive, but my partner (whose birthday it was) loved it and I would definitely recommend it. Carlos was a great tour guide and was very friendly with great stories and knowledge! I will definitely be recommending the tour!

The food tour was very well designed. It had a variety of offerings, including light and heavy food, dessert, tea, and whiskey. I was especially surprised by the Haggis we ate. It was excellent. The tour included a variety of stories about Edinburgh and information on good places to shop. We would do the tour again.

Gail was wonderful walking us through the culture and history as we went from venue to venue.
The haggis was our favourite. Delicious! Walking food tours in every city we visit are always
    our favourite.

Charlotte was our guide, she was educational, funny and loves transferring her love of food to the rest of us. We had all foods and drinks Scotland. We all had fun, it was worth the trip.

  • 12-Aug-2019

Fantastic tour. The food was incredible. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and had spot on suggestions, as well. Walking was well spaced out and didn't seem very intensive at all.

  • 08-Jul-2019

Charlotte was an excellent guide: fluent in history and Harry Potter. We were very lucky. The group included three Scottish couples visiting the city for the day, and another tour guide from Ireland. We had lots of knowledgeable people to instruct us. The food samples were all quite nice. The walk was spaced just right.

Valuable lesson--don't do this tour on your last day in the city. No time to revisit. Fortunately, Charlotte sent us an email, so we know where to visit when we return.
