I have so many positive things to say about this trip. The driver pick us up on time. We started from a nature hike where we walked for about 2 hours and walked on about 10 hanging bridges. We saw a lot of wildlife. Then we went to the volcano park for a hike to see the lava rocks for about one hour. We saw toucans on our way back for lunch! I do not have high expectations for the lunch but it turned out to be the best casado that we had in Costa Rica. The food is well-clean with local, fresh ingredients. We also see a lot of birds while dining. We also see a sloth! What a nice surprise. We then went to the waterfall. It takes 500 steps to get down so be prepared. The waterfall is beautiful with the blue lakes where you can swim. We finished our trip around 4 pm. I will recommend this trip to anyone who would like a nice day trip in La Fortuna.

A great tour if you are trying to see all of the major sights of La Fortuna/Arenal in one day! Our tour guide, Julio, was very knowledgable, answering all of our questions, and pointing out numerous animals and species as we hiked. After visiting the hanging bridges and hiking the lava trail, we stopped for a fantastic lunch before going into the water at La Fortuna waterfall. It was an awesome day!

What a great day. It’s long but you don’t feel beat up about it. Family owned business who does a wonderful job. Francisco hooked it up with amazing knowledge every step of the way. Lunch at the family ranch really made this special. We got to eat lunch with a sloth! 10/10!

I had a great day it rained pretty much the entire day but it didn’t really matter yes we couldnt see the top of the volcano but the hike was gorgeous! there was plenty of nature to see, orchids, Bromeliads, giant fern trees and other flowers, tarantulas, bats, Coatis, sloth, two Eyelash vipers. With all the rain the falls were incredible. The views down into the jungle from the hanging bridges was like Fern Gully. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
-
Amazing time! I only spend one full day at Fortuna and this tour covered alot, perfect for a short stay. Tour guide, Tony, super helpful pointing out wildlife! Would not have noticed some without a tour guide. The tour was well organized. Lunch was great and cozy at a local family's house.

Loved the hanging bridges, absolutely gorgeous!! Our guide had us there early to miss the crowds. It was phenomenal! The volcano was nice. The clouds actually cleared and we enjoyed views of the top- which is rare from what we heard. The waterfall was a bit disappointing, as we had been at Nauyaca falls- which were absolutely gorgeous and not crowded. La fortuna was crowded and didn’t offer great swimming options. We did add on the eco therminales with dinner at the end, it was fabulous!! We got there before the crowds and had dinner at the end - it was delicious.

Our guide, Meinor was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about everything we asked and pointed out so much we would have missed otherwise. W could not have had a better day.

This was such a wonderful start to our time in Costa Rica! The day was perfect thanks to Carlos our tour guide. He is so knowledgeable and respectful of nature. He could spot animals from so far away and used his telescope to show them to us and for us to take incredible pictures too. The lunch was delicious also. We are very pleased that we chose this tour.

Carlos and johann were threat hosts. The day was fabulous despite the day. Can’t say enough about lunch and the waterfall!!

What an experience this was! First and foremost our tour guide Carlos was absolutely terrific, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!! Me and my wife had a blast thanks to him. He was able to identify and locate so many animals, including sloth, spider monkey, and all other sorts of wildlife. He was even nice enough to stop for a quick detour to a gift shop in which he quickly heard the voice of an animal in which we quickly made way too, and ended up spotting a beautiful toucan! The hike through the hanging bridges was fairly easy (at least for me, my wife says otherwise haha) with stunning views and the hike towards the arenal volcano was jaw dropping. The lunch that was prepared for us by the young ladies was absolutely delicious!!!! Salsa Verde/Tico sauce is my new go too sauce haha. And the coffee that was made using the traditional Costa Rican filter process with the light dessert was the cherry on top. Thank you ladies for a delicious and energising meal to finish the trip up before heading to the La Fortuna waterfall, which was a splash! Overall, from start to finish the tour was 5 stars and worth every penny, and definitely thanks to Carlos who made our experience an amazing and unforgettable memory! Pura Vida!
