  • Highlight of our week in Cancun. Do not missing swimming in a cenote! Great experience for our family of four, including our 13-year-old and 24-year-old daughters. Mariano was our guide and he was fantastic. Upbeat, thoughtful, friendly and responsible for our small group of 11 travelers.

  • Great tour. Caesar possesses some nice humility but is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great visit to the Tuluum Ruins walled city much bigger than I expected and their scientific knowledge and development was amazing. Out standing visit and swim in the cenote making it a must. Cave visit was interesting and because of windy weather we had to snorkel in an out of the way smaller lagoon but the water and fish were beautiful. Van has A/C and was very comfortable. If you have the time highly recommend the tour.

  • This was an amazing trip. There was a total of 7 people in the trip excluding the tour guide, the driver, and the photographer. Pick up was on time. We started in the Tulum Ruins, which I thought was very interesting. Cesar, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. There were a lot of people, which was expected but was not very crowded. I love the history behind these ruins. After that, we headed to the reef snorkeling that was about 5 mins away from the ruins. There's a short boat ride to the snorkeling spot. It was wavy when we went, but it was okay. This part of the tour was okay, but I was not very impressed with the corals and marine life. I've seen much more nicer marine life. It is sad that the corals seem to be dying, as was told by Cesar too. There's not much life in this area. Cesar was telling us how he's seen the changes that happened through the years. That is really sad. And oh, we saw a turtle so that was fun! We were given cupcakes, water and banana after this trip. We headed next to the cave where the roads were a little bumpy. When we got there, we had lunch first. Food was pretty good. After that, we walked to see the caves. Our final stop was the cenotes. This was my favorite part of the tour. It is beautiful. It is dark but the tour guide will be with you throughout. I was very glad to see the cenotes, I've never seen something like that before. This tour was worth it. You can also get the photos for 40. Shoutout to Cesar for being a very good tour guide! He speaks good English, very knowledgeable, and cares about the environment! 5 stars for this tour!

  • My wife and I had an amazing time. We were picked up from our resort on time by Caesar and our driver. After picking up a few other guests we were on our way. Caesar was very informative and we learned much from him as he explained what we were seeing in Tulum and its culture. My wife has never snorkeled and Caesar was very helpful and caring when we got into the water. She had a great experience and would do it again. This was an event we will treasure and remember forever. Love it! You will not regret it.

  • The van that picked us up was right on time, and the guide and driver were both nice and professional. Tulum Ruins are lovely. The beach that you go to pickup the boat is absolutely stunning. The boat was kinda of rickety, so if you are prone to seasickness take something before you get onboard. We did see a few turtles and fish, but def not the best snorkeling since the water was choppy in February, and murky. The Cenote and Caves were the best part of the adventure. Swimming in the Cenote was wonderful, and a one of a kind experience. The lunch was also very good. Two thumbs up.

  • A great day. Timely pickup. Great snorkelling at Akumal where we snorkelled amongst the turtles. Cenote and caves were awesome and breathtaking, great swim in there followed by lunch there. Timely planned. Tulum ruins was the last port of call, a brilliant place. Felt the archaeologist who ran the Tulum tour was a little brief. It was a half hour tour of the ruins. The other activities were the focal points. Our tour guide Cora was fabulous. She was very informative and generous with her attention to all. Thanks Cora for the commentary and David for the driving.

  • Of the four tours we booked with Viator for our vacation, this was absolutely our favorite. Pick up was on time, if not a couple minutes early. Stephen who spoke English, German and Spanish was a true professional who loves guiding and tourism. Tulum was so beautiful along the Ocean. Franseco guided us through the ruins and did a great job. The snorkeling was challenging with a bit of wind and a current but we 50 year olds kept up with the group. The reef was pretty and some of the guests saw sea turtles. Beautiful location and very organized. The best part was the Cenote and caves. I liked the bumpy road into a jungle before arriving at the luncheon hut. Made us feel like we were on an adventure and not an overpopulated tourist attraction, more exclusive. The meal was great, the people were great, the history and how they were created were all covered. I have to admit the caves being so close to the water and the darkness made me a little leary, however I pushed past the fear of both and it was great. I felt like I was really getting to know the area and the history. I would 100 recommend this tour. It was all day for us, but we fit a lot in...

  • Definitely a great experience! Cenotes were super unique and an amazing experience!

  • Our guide Nadia was really friendly and very informative. Our photographer Roger was also really nice and took the most amazing photos! It costs us 40 US for over 200 photos of our trip, he also included stock photos of the areas we visited. Well worth the price! The guides were very accommodating to anyone that only wanted to do part of the excursions. Having the archaeologist for the Tulum visit was a must, it made you appreciate the ruins even more. The views from the cliff are breathtaking! It was a bit rough while we snorkeled just the weather no ones fault but Nadia was really accommodating to the smaller children including my son. The waves were scaring him and she allowed him to hang onto her life preserver so that he felt safe and could still enjoy the snorkeling. He did give up half way through and was quickly taken back to the boat by experienced staff while the rest of us continued on. The caves were spectacular, swimming through them was a wonderful experience. The lunch provided was very tasty and plentiful, enough to choose from for picky eaters. My only suggestion for improvement is that perhaps they could schedule an extra 30 minutes or so so that we could have enjoyed the beach we snorkeled at. We only got to suit up and head out to the boats and left right after we were done. The beach was absolutely beautiful and a little time on it would have been nice. Also, it is a bit of a hike into the Cenote. I would suggest if you are even a little queasy have some gravol before you leave for the trip. You never know where you are going to get stuck on the van and if you don't do well with the back it could be a problem...happened on our trip. I would also suggest wearing your bathing suit under whatever clothing you are wearing, it is a hassle to change before the snorkeling a few people had to on our trip. It was nice that we were able to leave everything in the van while we did our pit stops instead of lugging it around. Everything was locked up and the driver stayed with the van the entire time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and it was really nice that we basically had three very unique 4 if you count the Cenote and cave walk as two! excursions in one day. I would highly recommend this excursion.
