Amazing tour! The ruins and cenotes were amazing! The water was a bit cloudy when we went snorkeling so we didn't get to see much. I also got a bit sea sick on the boat so I would recommend taking some meds prior to avoid that. All in all, it was an adventurous tour and would highly recommend it.

Thor and Alex were incredible guides. My family (including the 13 and 10 year olds) had a fantastic time, especially at the cenote.

I had the most incredible experience exploring the Tulum ruins, snorkeling in the stunning reefs, and discovering the magical cenotes and caves with our amazing guide Steffann and talented photographer Jimena. From start to finish, this adventure was an absolute delight. Steffann's extensive knowledge and passion for the history of the Tulum ruins added a whole new dimension to the tour. His anecdotes and insights brought the ancient city to life, and I felt truly immersed in the past as I wandered through the archaeological site. His friendly and approachable nature made asking questions a breeze, and it's clear he's dedicated to providing an educational yet enjoyable experience. Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the reef was like stepping into another world. The vibrant marine life and colorful coral formations were breathtaking, and Steffann's guidance ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the snorkeling adventure. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we got the most out of this remarkable underwater journey. The highlight for me was undoubtedly exploring the cenotes and caves. These hidden natural wonders felt like something out of a fairy tale, and having Jimena there to capture those moments was an absolute blessing. Her keen eye for detail and creative approach to photography ensured that every shot was a masterpiece. I now have a collection of photos that truly capture the magic of this adventure, and I'm incredibly grateful to Jimena for her talent and dedication. Overall, this Viator exclusive tour exceeded all my expectations. Steffann's guidance and expertise, coupled with Jimena's photography skills, created an unforgettable experience that I'll cherish forever. If you're looking for an adventure that combines history, natural beauty, and impeccable service, don't miss out on this incredible journey with Steffann and Jimena. It's a must-do for anyone visiting the area! Cheers to the entire team for crafting such a remarkable and seamless experience. I can't recommend it enough!

We had a great time and they guides were awesome! The food for lunch was delicious! While snorkeling you'll see the reef, sea turtles fish, and setting Stingrays. Swimming in the cave was an awesome experience. Long ride in the van getting to the locations and an all day event but a lot of fun.

Amazing day! Everything from the hotel lobby pickup, exploring the Mayan Ruins in the morning, a mid morning snack provided by the guides, reef snorkeling in Tulum, swimming through a refreshing cenote and finishing with a delicious lunch in the Tulum jungle was incredible! Our guide, Claudia, was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the history of the Mayan Ruins, the cenotes and the Mayan culture. We also had a photographer, Diego along with us and he took photos of all the families, even while we were snorkeling. We were all given the opportunity to view his portfolio and purchase our photos from the fun-filled day. Highly recommend purchasing your photos, he does a beautiful job capturing everything. Snorkeling the reef was incredible and we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle and several sting rays. We were given freedom during the snorkeling adventure and weren’t forced to follow Claudia. We all got to go our own way within a reasonable and safe distance to view all the sea life!

Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was an overall fun adventure. The cenote was cool and refreshing bats and all.

The pick up van was in very poor condition with AC that barely worked. It was also severely hot and we spent a lot of time in the sun at Tulum ruins where you have to walk quite a ways into the site with no shade which was really tough with a toddler. The cenote experience was fun but I absolutely hated the fact that they pressure you into buying expensive pictures ($60-$120) of the experience which is a complete rip off. They don’t allow you to bring your phone or anything where you could document the experience yourself and then make you sit down at the end with everyone and look at the photos and ask you in front of everyone if you want to buy their pictures. Very poor instructions on how to prepare for this day in advance. They then ask you to do paper surveys of the trip in the car with your name on it. I would not recommend to any friends.

We had a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was Maryna and our driver was Daniel. They were both amazing! Very passionate at what they do and it showed. Maryna was very knowledgeable and had the day well planned. The excursion is a full day trip and a great value for the money. They have snacks and cold waters to make sure you stay hydrated and fueled up for the day. The meal at the cenotes was good and such a fun jungle environment. We got to see 3 sea turtles during the snorkeling part and other fish and starfish. I highly recommend this for any family or singles!

Oh my gosh this was one of the highlights of our trip! What an awesome way to spend the day and see the Tulum ruins, Reef snorkeling, and Cenotes. Our tour guide RAFI and his crew were the best of the best! Gave us so much information on what we were seeing and made sure to ask if we had any questions. Our tour was small with just two other couples but it was magical. They picked us up at our hotel and off we went to see the ruins. WOW, it is something you don't want to not see in your lifetime. From there we went to the Cenotes and got to explore a cave. After we had an authentic lunch and they had vegetarian options for us non meat eaters. Finally the snorkeling, I saw fish that I have never seen before in my life. I'm already ready to go back. I'm so glad that we had Rafi as our tour guide, his personality was known through out everywhere we went. So many people kept yelling out Rafi's People. I'm proud to be known as one of his people. We purchased the photo package at the end of the tour. Wish I remembered her name she was fantastic and the pictures were great. My partner and I when we were snorkeling just gave each other a high five and she managed to capture the moment without us even knowing she did it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR.. If you do it please make sure to ask for Rafi as your guide, he will leave you with memories you will talk about for years to come. A++++++
