  • This was a great tour of the ruins. Both days we had a guide who was very informed and told us the history of the Mayan culture. Day one at Chichen Itza, amazing ruins, delicious lunch. Pedro explained the history and was passionate about Mayan culture. Was a bit surprised at all the vendors tho. A bit commercialized. Day two at Kabah and Uxmal, very hot so appreciated the shade from lots of trees. Again had a great guide , Izreal, who explained the history and lots of details. A goof lunch at local restaurant. Highly recommend this tour. Be prepared for a lot of walking.

  • This trip was so well worth every penny we spent!! Considering how much each individual event would have cost, plus the transportation involved, then add to that the fact that we were given insights from our guides. Wow! Family friendly we did inquire about the cost of our 10 and 8 year olds after the initial bookings and was refunded some money, instead of paying adult fares. Bus was a big luxury buss food was over the top for the locations. Great memories! Uxmal and Kabah were so much more interactive - but very few vendors for keepsakes. Chichen Itza was overrun with vendors. Maybe a little bit more time would have been nice to actually do some exploring, otherwise, we have nothing bad to say. Bring your own hand sanitizers.... that is an issue in some locations.

  • All places were really exciting. Very good idea of two days tour. There was enough free time to enjoy the archeological sites. Good on schedule transportation.

  • First day: pickup on time didn't arrive before the crowds at Chichén Itzá, but it was fine. I requested an English guide but apparently was the only one of the group who did that. The guide was bilingual and very nice to me he said he would primarily speak in Spanish, and if I didn't understand something I know some Spanish, I could ask him to interpret for me privately. He followed on that promise. Ik-kil, the cenote near Chichén Itzá, wasn't on the viator description, so I had not brought my swimsuit. But apparently everyone else except one other person was prepared for this. Guide said only if everyone wanted to go to Ik-kil, we would well, I felt bad being the only one who didn't want to go, so I just went with it. That was ok... not really worth the extra 80 pesos and time for me, but oh well. I felt rushed at Chichén Itzá, and I wonder if the added Ik-kil trip made it so. :/ The buffet restaurant afterward was fine and had a cute traditional dance performance. I liked the opportunity to better my Spanish with an all-Latino group, but knew I missed out on some things lost in translation. No problem I spent time at night reading up on things I missed online. Was afraid the same thing would happen next day so I read up on Uxmal and Kabah, too, haha.

Second day: pickup on time, group fully English-speaking, guide was great. Quick stop at a gas station part-way to Uxmal. Some bad luck with hard rain when arriving at Uzmal, but it died out after maybe a half hour. Everyone was cooperative about it. Also kinda fitting with the Chaac rain god theme in this area. Weather was gorgeous afterward for the rest of Uxmal and Kabah. Three-course lunch was pretty good. Quick stop made to Chocolate Museum. Pretty leisurely pace compared to Chichén Itzá. A great day overall.

  • Enjoyed this tour, the guides were both very friendly and informative. Israel and Samuel both spoke English very well, and Samuel even spoke Mayan. They were helpful in answering questions and we were even able to visit one of the cenotes at the end of one of our days. The only thing I was not impressed with was the food. It was just 'ok' but nothing to write home about. Other than that, a fun and interesting day.

  • Excellent tours. Guides were polite and informative . Mini bus was very comfortable.

  • Very nice tour!

On the eve, they sent the pick up time to my e-mail. On the tour day, they picked me up in the hotel lobby on time and we set to Chichen Itza.
Chichen is really beautiful. The guide gave us lots and lots of explanations about the site.
After lunch delicious, we swam in a cenote close to Chichen, which was an amazing experience. The guide said that we would go to the cenote only if everyone agreed, which was the case. It is a must see, so try everything to make your group's mind on going.

The second day was quite nice too. Uxmal and Kabah make you feel in an Indiana Jones movies. The ruins are different from Chichen and have less tourists, so you'll get a nice feeling of mayan enviroment.

Our guides were Pedro and Gabriel. They were lovely.

  • A very well organized tour! Pickup was prompt, tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The van was clean and comfortable, and the driver did a fine job driving us around.

On the first day we first stopped at a charming little place called Yokdzonot, where those who wanted to could take a dip in the water. We then had lunch at a nice restaurant, before heading over to the world famous ruins at Chichen Itza. Our guide did a great job narrating while showing us around the ruins. We happened to be there on Spring Equinox day, and the original itinerary didn't factor that. But after I asked about it, our guide checked with his superiors and they agreed to alter the itinerary but only if and only if everyone in our group agreed to the change. Thankfully everyone in my group agreed to the change in itinerary so we got to experience the shadow of the serpent at Chichen Itza on Spring Equinox!

On the second day, the pickup was again prompt with a similar van to the first day. The guide and driver were different but just like the previous day, they both did a great job as well. We first went to Uxmal...far less crowded than Chichen Itza was! Although not as famous as Chichen Itza, Uxmal is still worth visiting! From Uxmal we went to Kabah, which is pretty close by. Kabah isn't as grand as Chichen Itza or Uxmal but still a nice set of ruins to visit.

Depending on when you go, it can be quite hot. So ensure you carry at least one bottle of water and stay hydrated well. Also use a hat or cap a few folks were even using an umbrella to keep out the sun...including our tour guide himself!. Also note on the 2nd day lunch was pretty late in the afternoon, so you might want to consider keeping a snack handy with you!

All in all this was a great way to experience the ruins of Chichen Itza, Uxmal and Kabah. I highly recommend this tour!

  • Sergio and Vicente were the best. Always going the extra mile to keep us happy. Food was perfect the first day in Uxmal, in Chichen Itza, not that much. Excellent scheduling and driving.

  • Booked the 2 day package to visit the most important ruins in the area. The group was a small one with no more that 15 people, so it was easier to see and hear everything. Even though it is a little bit too early to start the day pick up at 6 AM, it is worth since you do not run into crowds and the heat.
