  Más vale tarde.... Los guías Mario y Jesus estuvieron muy atentos para conseguir que nuestra experiencia en esta excursión fuera satisfactoria. Gracias a los dos. El paseo en motora a través de la laguna estuvo muy bien. No pudimos hacer la suelta de tortugas pero no nos importó mucho. También visitamos un sitio de cría y cuidado de cocodrilos, y a la hora de comer nos permitieron cambiar de sitio porque queríamos probar "pozole" plato tíico mejicano (sólo pagamos la diferencia del menú incluído en excursión)

  Rudy was very accommodating and knowledgeable. English and air conditioning, yay! We were even sent photos and a video at the end. Lagoon ride was very pleasant, no motion sickness and you get to see lots of birds and even a crab if you’re lucky like us. We got to hold crocodiles and little turtles. Chicken at pollo callente was delicious. A highlight of our trip for sure!

  Every part of the trip was amazing, the croc farm was very cool (also had turtles). Unfortunately the baby turtles weren’t born for the baby turtle release which was very unlucky but couldn’t recommend it more either way. The lagoon tour was very relaxing and lunch was great. Our two guides Rudy and Mario were amazing and really went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

  I don’t usually write reviews unless I am extremely happy or disappointed with the service. Rudy and his team went above and beyond to give us a memorable and beautiful experience. Starting from the turtles release, then the crocodiles farm, and finally the lagoon tour and the delicious lunch. Everything was perfect, safe and amazing. My husband and I had a blast and came back to the hotel with a big smile and unforgettable memories. However, Rudy’s effort to please us didn’t end by dropping us off to the hotel. At night, he sent us a video and a link with all the beautiful pictures that he took for us throughout the trip. I would highly recommend him, and if I come back to Acapulco I will definitely call him for all my tours. Chapeau bas Rudy, you killed it! The Khoders

  Journée très agréable, les activités ont bien été respecté et bien organisés. Les guides étaient très sympa et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Les deux guides parlaient également bien français. Je vous recommande ce tour.

  If you ever travel to Acapulco and are looking for someone to help you from start to finish, look no further. The best in town is Rudy with his Tour by Van. Reliable, most punctual, local solid knowledge , no hidden costs and transparent all through Rudy and his team are the most cherished tour company in Acapulco and surrounding areas. We had a great week with them and the tours were planned very well. We saw Acapulco from the regular spots but also several other things which normally visitors don’t go. Our experience of travelling through the villages. Boating upstream river and then stopping mid way to get a facial mask and treatment was just magic. All the eateries that we were introduced by Rudy were local and we loved it. His team is very dependable, they gave us a dedicated vehicle which was comfortable and all through remained the same with the same chauffeur which made things more easy for us. Rudy took us to the local market and negotiated prices on our behalf but never tried to take us to the those shops which try to fleece tourists.   He took us on the custom tour of all the tourist spots in Acapulco. It was very thorough it is description in history on each spot we went to.. he was intentional, punctual and very friendly. During our tour we mentioned that we want to visit a market the following day he was free and available so he insisted on bringing us to the market and being our personal guide.andprotector. 5 stars

  No puedo escribir bastante palabras para describir la experiencia que tuvimos en nuestra excursión. Rudi y Alex nos mostraron la belleza que existe en Acapulco que no se puede encontrar en el hotel. La naturaleza, la comida, la gente, las tortuguitas, cada cosa era la más bonita del mundo. Recomiendo esta excursión y cada una de las demás con esta compañía. ¡¡Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

  I love it! I got a private tour and they took all precautions with COVID. the tour guide was so knowledgeable and the lunch was honestly the best fish I've ever had ( better than contramar!). the tour guide honored all of my extra requests and I would highly recommend this tour. Its something fun to do aside from the typical touristy things in Acapulco.
