Spend the night at a nomadic private tent at a Berber campsite.
Day 3: Merzouga Desert - Nomads Families - Khamlia Village - Erg Chebbi
This is a complete desert day. If you are in the middle of the desert, its absolutely worth getting up early to see the sunrise at the top of a dune close to the camp. After watching the sunrise, return to Merzouga where a hearty breakfast is waiting for you. Then you will skirt the Erg Chebbi, great extension of sandy desert where we can find the big dune of Morocco. Along the way, catch sight of a Nomad settlement, and learn their secrets and manners. Once you reach Khamlia Village, sip on a relaxing cup of tea, and listen to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa. Transfer to your luxury accommodation and get the afternoon free to explore the town or the dunes next to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel or at the nomadic private tent again.

After breakfast, start your last day to the north through Tafilalet palm grove. Here you will see thousands of palm trees. This way leads us to Ziz valley. Stop at Midelt, just in the heart of the middle Atlas where you will have free time for lunch and rest for a while. In the afternoon, continue your way through the cedar forests, where, if you are lucky, you will see some Barbary apes. Next, visit Ifran city, situated in the northwestern slope of the middle Atlas mountains. Its broad avenues, urban development with perfect cleanness, the green areas, and its architecture make this city looks like a Swiss town. That is why it is nicknamed the Moroccan Switzerland. We took the 4 valley one day tour with Abdul before Corona and liked Abdul and his service and the Moroccan Country so much that we booked the 4 day tour from Marrakesh to Fez, now as traveling is possible again. We had high expectations and the trip even exceeded those big expectations. The tour includes a lot of driving, Morocco is big, but the landscape changes so often and is so different every time that it doesn't matter. And Abdul knows a lot of facts and anecdotes. Abdul knows his clients and what we want. He knows the best places! Trust him! A few times we thought that the restaurant or coffee didn't look as I'd have chosen it, driving by, but all places turned out to be excellent, with great food and spotlessly clean. His hotel choices were excellent. When we come back for another tour in Morocco, we will definitely ask Abdul again!

Abdul guided us on a 15 day across Morocco with a smile every single day. We went to Casablanca, Rabat, Asilah, Tanger, Chefchaouene, Volubilis, Fez, Midelt, Merzouga Desert, Todra Gorges, Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, Ait Ben HAddou, Marrakech. Phew, it was a very jam packed itinerary. I appreciate how Abdul was always sharing interesting facts, offering to take pictures, and being very receptive to feedback from our 12-person group (example: if we wanted to visit a cathedral that wasn't on the original itinerary or needed dinner recommendations). Highly recommend Abdul and his team! You will have an amazing time in Morocco.

Thank you, Abdul for such an amazing tour experience! Abdul picked my friend and I up from our Riad in Marrakech early on day one and we began making our way out to the desert. The car was a luxury SUV with plenty and space, UV tinted windows, and strong air conditioning. Throughout our journey, Abdul answered all of our questions about the history of the communities we were passing, and showed us all of the best spots on the way for pictures and food! Abdul knows all of the best places from experience and you can tell he has a genuine connection with the community members he introduced us to. The desert was indescribably beautiful. The camp was truly luxurious and the food was amazing. Thank you, Abdul, for a tour I will never forget and an experience I will cherish forever! I cannot wait to bring my family here and have Abdul take us around again. I cannot recommend this tour more highly! 11/10. Thank you thank you!

This was the trip of a lifetime. Abdul was beyond amazing. He took care of every detail. He treated us as if we were family. The experience could not have been better. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to give. When I return to Morocco there is no one I will use other than Abdul.

Abdul made this tour from Marrakesh to Fez fun and easy. He is a very sweet person, professional guide, excellent driver and a pleasure to talk to because of his knowledge and love of his country. We enjoyed the trip so much and highly recommend. Highlights include UNESCO World Heritage site Ait-Ben-Haddou, Ouarzazate, Tinghir, Ifrane National Park and of course Sahara (Merzouga) desert, where we spent a magical night and day meeting sunset being in the camel’s caravan, sunrise in the dunes, afternoon in the pool, trying great food and meeting people. This trip was the best part of our 2 weeks in Morocco.

Abdul is an excellent guide and driver young and energetic with good English. You won"t be bored by the 4 Day trip. Demands are always met and value for money. Highly recommended!

We only had 8 nights in Morocco and wanted to make the most of our trip which is why we went with this private four day tour. After two full days in Marrakech, this tour was exactly what the doctor ordered: no decisions and a perfect adventure! Abdul was amazing, he spoke great English so was easy to communicate with and helped us learn a lot more about Moroccan culture. The stops that we had were well thought out and even when we had special requests for certain items, or types of food, he made sure they were accommodated along the way. These four days were the highlight of our trip and I would highly recommend.

This trip was a major highlight of our time in Morocco and we couldn't be happier with how it went. The service from pick up in Marrakech to drop of in Fez was amazing! Full explanations of locations and culture, very comfortable car, some amazing experiences we would not have been able to accomplish on our own, catered to our tastes (I really wanted dates so found an awesome market to buy some), our driver Abdul was the best. We felt so comfortable asking him any questions we had about Morocco and Moroccan culture. He did a great job of narrating our drive and giving us great info on each location. He introduced us to some amazing people. places and food!! He was also a great photographer and helped us capture some amazing moments. I would do this trip again in a second and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great way to enjoy as much scenery and culture as possible when going from Marrakech to Fez.

We booked a desert tour 4 days from marrakech with Morocco inspiring tour cmpany. They answzre all our emails and gave a help. At our arrival the driver took us to our accommodation in Marrakech which was very nice an clean. We were very happy at th biggining. We started our tour the day next. The first night in dades gorges in hotel Dades was horrible. Thuirty room; no heat the shower was blocked the dinner wasn't as expected regarding the maount we paid for the tour. the second day of the tour was from dades to Merzouga we arrived very very late because the driver stopped for shopping in a village near Merzouga dn we lost our time there. we ride camels and in our way we lost the sunset which was one of our goals of the tour. in the next morning they woked up us very late as we didn't take our phones with us, so we missed the sunrise as well. The driver said that we still have another night in Merzouga but not in the berber tent it will be in the hotel. We were disapointed. Alright we spend the night in the hotel in Merzouga and the hotel was thirty as well. the bathroom was thirty we asked for towels 3 times in order to get one very wet. the dinner was horrible onl poor tadjine. we tried to explaine to our driver what's happned but he closed the discussion as he said that he is only a driver and if you need to talk you have to talk with abdul. We didn't talk to abdul because we know that we loose more time. that is to say if someone pay you too much money for a tour try to choose good hotels for him because there many lucury hotels in the region. We paid for luxury and we got thrity tour.

This private tour is definitely the way to get from Marrakesh to Fes. It was one part awesome road trip, one part cultural exchange, one part intensive french lesson. Abdul made this all possible. As you're sitting in his super comfortable SUV watching the incredible landscape change from desert to alpine, you'll be talking about Morocco and it's people and listening to traditional Berber music and Arab pop songs. Abdul speaks perfect English and French but as in my case, will patiently allow you to practice French with him. Abdul also impressed me with how hard he was working to make sure I was well taken care of. When I commented on this, his response was, It's just my nature to do so.
