This trip to Luxor was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had on a trip. I had a private tour with Marian and Maichael during my stay. First off I was picked up from the airport and visited the Valley of the Kings where I visited several tombs including those of Seti I and Rameses III. Marian was my guide this first day and she was very thorough and very nice. She made sure I was keeping up with the history of the sites and was very accommodating to my requests. We also visited that day Queen Hatshepsut's temple, Karnak and Luxor temples. It was overall an incredible experience. The next day, I had Maichael. From the start he was very attentive and ensured I was having the best time. We went to Aswan and covered the Edfu and Kon Ombo temples. He is very knowledgeable and made my trip all that interesting. He ensured I had all the information I needed for my balloon experience as well. Following day, Michael took me to the Dendera temple. Aside from giving me an amazing tour he talked to one of the guides and let me see a crypt that was completely restored but not yet open to the public. This means I was the first person to ever see this crypt. Hands down this was one of the highlights of my trip. On my last day, I had Marian again and that was a nice way to end up my trip. We covered Valley of the Queens and the Tomb of Queen Nefratari, Ramsseum and Habi temple. To top it all off Maicheal joined and we went to Banana Island to have an amazing meal and tour. Being in the island was very relaxing and it was the perfect way to end my Luxor trip... Oh and before I forget, the Ballon trip is a must. If you go to Luxor this is something that shouldn't be missed out. I certainly couldn't have asked for better guides. Marian even gave me a small souvenir and Maichael has been reaching out to give me more beats and pieces about Ancient Egypt because of my keen interest in this period of history. I am already thinking about my next trip there and hope I can have them again as part of my tours. This was definitely a 5 Star plus experience. Finally, Mina who was my driver was very professional, punctual and attentive. Hisham has a very good team in Egypt. Very coordinated and he is always following up to ensure you are having the best of time. I cannot commend him more for that.. I am contacting him again once I go back to Egypt on my next trip.

I am finishing up a tour of two days in Luxor and a Nile River cruise to Aswan with the wonderful guide Remon. I was traveling wiwith my cousin, so there were just two of us. Remon was friendly and warm, and made us feel at home right from the start. He knowledge was outstanding and he explained in detail everything we saw, including explaining who the gods were, the symbols and there meanings, the history from ancient times through the Roman period and how to tell this from the architecture, much too much to include here. His English was fantastic, and spoken at an easy to understand pace. In addition to seeing many antiquities, he also showed us back streets and real life. On the river cruise portion he explained how each city was dedicated to different gods. He made suggestions for additional tours, including a balloon ride that was wonderful. He looked after our every need, arranging with ship for carry out breakfast, wake up calls, took lots of photos of us together and stopped for water or what ever else we wanted I am giving Remon the highest rating and recommendation. He is the best.

Had a great time seeing the many Egyptian ruins and learning the history of the Egyptian gods. Our tour guide, Remon, was extremely, knowledgeable and detailed with his explanations at each site. Because there only two of us, we were able to be flexible with our schedule such as start times and the length of time we could remain at any site. I especially enjoyed the trip we made by horse carriage down the back streets of Luxor, away from the tourist areas. He also accompanied us on a 4 day cruise down the Nile. We were also able to add additional excursions to include a ride at sunrise in a hot air balloon. I highly recommend Remon. Ask for him by name to be your guide.
