  Our tour of the pyramids was great we didn’t know what to expect. I went with my husband and children 8,10,12 years old. They also really enjoyed it, out 8-year old’s favourite part was the camel ride. Our guide Ibrahim was really informative, and you could tell he enjoyed what he did for his job. The tour was only supposed to be for 4 .5 hours we ended up back at the hotel 7 hours later! We went to several other places of interest on the way back to the hotel. Ibrahim would have shown us other places to visit if we wanted to keep on going, but 7 hours is a great effort from the kids. Being from Perth, Australia born and raised, and not speaking any of the local languages it pays to have a guide who will barter for you and make sure you don’t get ripped off as there are plenty of people around the pyramids who will gladly do this to you. But who can blame them everyone needs to make a living right? The camel ride was way longer than 15 minutes as it stated on the itinerary, we really got way more than we thought we were getting from this tour. Highly recommend. Another reason why I would recommend that you book this particular tour is because it was a privet tour, just my family in our own van. We learnt far more and experienced far more than we would of if we went on a big bus tour, we have done plenty of these before. One thing that they didn’t do was give us water as it said it was supposed to, but always bring your own especially if you’re going into the desert! I’m sure if we had of asked Ibrahim, he would have got this for us too without question, though we never asked as we already brought our own. Giving it 5 stars… Now looking at booking another tour with them, fantastic team very polite😊

  It was peasant and great tour. Our tour guide Mr Ehab and team mate Mr.Moaz were polite,patient and good services. We enjoyed very comfortable with them. At last not lease Team Boss Mr.Hesham kindness arrangement.

  Seeing the pyramids and Sphinx for the first time. Better still with a knowlegeable guide. Thank you Mina for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. Both the tour and guide are highly recommended.

  Very informative tour at the impressive Giza pyramids. Ehab was excellent guide and had everything organised perfectly. Camel ride was fun and the view from the desert to the pyramids was awesome. Additionally we visited papyrus shop and shop for the natural oils. I can really recommend this tour if you do only have limited time to visit the Sightseeing-Tour.

  Ahmed was such a great guide. His knowledge and humor throughout the tour really helped ease my nerves as a solo traveler. The music and history lessons on the car ride to the pyramids was such a delight. Highly recommend this tour - & ask for Ahmed!

  We had limited time to visit the Giza Pyramids and we were very lucky to have Abla and Hamada with us from this tour company. Abla is very knowledgeable guide and tailored our visit to our interest. Our stops in the pyramids campus and outside were spot on. Hamada the driver was very pleasant and his driving was very smooth despite the crazy roads.

  Fantastic. Moaz our driver was brilliant. He was punctual, friendly, polite and very attentive. We felt very safe and he looked after us. We saw all the sights we wanted to. Enjoyed the camel ride and got some great photos of our day. This is a day we will remember for a long time. Brilliant.

  the experience with the person who gave us hesham egypt tour the service was terrible, we received a voucher with one thing and in the end he wanted to charge us for a service that was already paid for, not if you or this person changed us at the last minute but It seems to me a lack of respect and a bad service, in addition to this when mentioning the non-conformity of the case with evidence of the vouchers that you send, he did not want to provide us with the information about what time the tour would pick us up now and he mentioned that if we did not apologize He was not going to come see us at the hotel, despite the fact that the service was already paid in advance, this person's arrogant and intransigent attitude, it is the first time that I have had to deal with such a rude and rude person, so I mentioned that he would not He didn't care about the payment, if we didn't apologize, he wasn't going to go and I think it's horrible. For our part, we will stop using their services, no. They provided you with no support and the attention was deplorable
