Stop At: Santa Cruz Island, Santa Cruz, Galapagos Islands
First of all, you fly from Quito or Guayaquil to Baltra Airport (it is highly recommended to book an early flight). At the Baltra airport, you meet up with our English speaking driver who will take you to the port of Puerto Ayora, but on the way, you will stop in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island to have your first encounter with the stunning nature of the Islands. You will be amazed by the Giant Galapagos Tortoises in their natural habitat, and the exotic flora and fauna. After check in at your hotel, you will have a well-deserved rest and some time to explore the island, watch the colorful sunset, and maybe catch a sea lion sleeping on a park bench. At night you will have a welcome dinner to enjoy the local cuisine of the islands.

Stop At: Las Tintoreras, Puerto Villamil, Isabela, Galapagos Islands
Early in the morning, at 06:00 AM, you will catch a speedboat to Isabela Island. Here you check in in your hotel. You will have some time to get familiar with the area before you go to Tintoreras Islet. These rock formations are located in front of Isabela Island and are home to two different shark species. Here you will be able to snorkel and have your first experience with the wonders of Galapagos marine wildlife.

Stop At: Charles Darwin Research Station, Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz, Galapagos Islands
Today you will have a free morning in Isabela to walk around town or enjoy Puerto Villamils beach. You will have snorkeling equipment available all the time so you get to decide where and what to explore. In the afternoon you will take a public speedboat to Santa Cruz islands. In the afternoon you can go on a self-guided walk to Charles Darwin research station, where you can learn more about his theory of evolution of species, and even visit the Galapagos Breeding center. Here, threatened species are born, until they are big enough to be inserted in their natural habitat.

Stop At: Santa Fe Island, Santa Fe Island, Galapagos Islands
The departure will be around 8:00 AM. After about an hour youll be near the island of Santa Fe. From the boat you will see the huge cacti of which the island has many of. These cacti are endemic and only exist on this island. Furthermore, you will encounter various colonies: pelicans, gulls and perhaps blue footed boobies. The cliffs are home to many of these birds. In turquoise, calm waters in the bay of Santa F you will likely see a lot of sea lions. It is the ideal place to snorkel, maybe you will swim with a manta ray, surrounded by marine iguanas and many colored tropical fish that habit in these waters. Occasionally also sea turtles come here. Lunch will be on board. You will continue by boat for about half an hour until you arrive at Playa Escondida. Playa Escondida is a beautiful beach with clear water, the perfect place to enter the water one more time to swim and snorkel. You can also decide to go for a walk to observe the colonies of marine iguanas and their natural habitat. Until about 3:30 PM you can enjoy the beach, before heading back to Santa Cruz.

Stop At: Baltra Airport
Bye Galapagos! On the last day, you will have breakfast, and then your guide will bring you back to Baltra airport to catch your flight to Quito or Guayaquil. The tour will end upon arrival to the airport.

It is recommended to book flights with an early arrival time to the Galapagos Islands and a late departure time from the Galapagos Islands to make sure you can enjoy all of the activities of the tour. Late arrivals and/or early departures mean you might miss some activities.

Tap water on the Galapagos Islands might contain bacteria and should not be consumed, not even for brushing your teeth. Bottled or purified water is always recommended.

Inform yourself about food safety when traveling to tropical countries. Take the necessary precaution to avoid food poisoning (always wash your hands before eating, dont eat street food, only eat peeled fruits, etc.).
