Never been to Hong Kong before we decided to do this as an overview.

Good tour but a little rushed. Fantastic view from Victoria Peak. Stanley Market was interesting but not enough time.

  • 09-Jul-2019

A per other reviewers, this was a good tour.
BEST PART: Peak Tower Sky 428 Observation Deck. AMAZING VIEW. As Peak Tram is not operating now, this was an easy way to get picked up at my hotel in Kowloon and see this fantastic view.
GOOD PART: The Aberdeen Sampan ride was fun, but not a must see. Stanley Market is a fun souvenir venue
EH PART: High pressure Jewelry factory tour, could of lived without it.
NOTE: BOOKING THIS TOUR ON VIATOR WAS HALF PRICE BOOKING THROUGH HOTEL TOUR DESK!!!

A great overview of the city attractions. Our tour guide Ryan shared his knowledge about Hong Kong people and culture. The sampan ride was great. (Not included in price) and the view from Victoria Peak was great. Great that hotel pick up and drop pff included.

  • 15-Sep-2018

This tour was a great introduction to Hong Kong and there was a lot packed into the five hours! It was a bit rainy, but that did not slow us down and the clouds cleared enough for great views from Victoria Peak. The boat ride at Aberdeen fishing village cost not included was fun and I enjoyed the walk around Stanley Market. There was enough time to visit the Man Ho Temple and walk along the bay. The guide was excellent and informative. The hotel pick-up and transfers were timely and efficient.

  • 29-Jul-2018

Quite a good tour except for the unadvertised (and unwanted) trip to the jewellery factory. Time could have been better spent elsewhere.

  • 23-Jul-2018

I found this to be a very touristy. Our guide was a nice gentleman and offered a lot of information but I don't think I got to see anything but the periphery of Hong Kong. The Stanley Market isn't a very big one or very interesting and is filled with touristy junk to buy. The jewelry factory tour is intended to do one thing -- sell you jewelry. That left us with Victoria Peak which was beautiful and the fishing village as the only worthwhile sites.

  • 31-May-2018

Loved this tour. Never been to Hong Kong before so it was great to get a feel for the place and the people with this tour. Pick up went smoothly and we were soon on our way. Guide was professional and made sure everyone was well catered for. Dropped off at the wrong hotel but it was only around the corner from where we were so it was no big deal and we found an excellent local cafe that we missed the day before.

Highly recommend and it was a bit of a bargain too.

  • 01-May-2018

The tour was nothing more than a series of drive-bys with a couple of very brief stops, including a jeweller to try and sell us something.

It didn't leave us with much knowledge of Hong Kong, not even a survey or overview sense of the city. Very dissappointing.

We would have been better with a hop on hop off bus and would likely have seen more and ad a better knowledge of the city.

  • 05-Mar-2018

We had a wonderful time of this tour. Our guide Ross was friendly, funny and informative. Despite the inclement weather preventing any kind of view from the observation deck on Victoria Peak our guide arranged an extra stop part way down at Stubbs Rd Lookout which provided us an opportunity to view this spectacular city from 'on high'.

Repulse Bay was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed Stanley St markets, more particularly strolling around on the promenade. The atmosphere was very peaceful after a frenetic few days here and this area was a real highlight for me.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, particularly first time visitors.

  • 09-Feb-2018

I did not take this tour due to bad weather in Hong Kong.
