Our transportation and tour guide were very professional. They were waiting for us at the port as planned and the tour through Ephesus was excellent with the guide giving us lots of interesting local and historical information. It included a tour of the Terrace Houses and we were very glad to be able to see these amazing archeological finds. These are a definite "must see" if you go to Ephesus. At the end of the tour, the guide offered our group the option of seeing a local pottery and carpet making demonstration. At both stops there was encouragement to buy the local products. In particular, the carpet salespeople were quite high pressure. In retrospect, we think the tour would have been better without these final stops. That is why I rated our experience a "4" instead of a "5".

The trip was excellent. Ty met us at the port and we travelled in a top notch Sprinter van with driver to Ephesus where Ty guided us through the old city. It is muich more than any of the on line photos indicate. We visited Mary's house and a Turkish carpet cooperative and learned a lot about how they are made wilth no pressure to buy. Was well worth the money spent.

Our tour guide was excellent, knowledge and professional. . She was smart to get us to the Virgin Mary's House before the crowd got there, it saved a lot of time waiting in line. Her knowledge of the Ephesus site was also excellent. We were VERY happy with her service

Informative and caring guide. Told us so many stories about the place that we would never had found out without him, as very few signs on site.

The shore excursion was great value for money. Our tour guide studied in Melbourne and his command of English was excellent. His commentary made the Ephesus ruins come to life and we also really enjoyed his commentary on Turkey and the various ethnic groups that call Turkey home. We even enjoyed visiting two shops selling high end leather jackets and hand made carpets.

An amazing trip and guide. There was so much information I am sure we Weill never remember it all but our guide was so informative and gave us options of different stops to make after the main part of the trip. He didn't seem in a hurry and made sure we saw everything we wanted to.

This was a great tour. Our guide Tunc [pronounced Toonch], was knowledgeable and organized. His enthusiasm made the history even more memorable. Ephesus is an amazing place to visit, we also went to the Virgin Mary House and the Terrace houses. The terrace houses had the added bonus of mosaic floors, and frescoes. This was a small group tour and that made it even better.

    Excellent tour
Met at 8.30am so we were well ahead of the crowds and there was no one at the house of the Virgin Mary, it was so peaceful. The guide was very good and led us down the hill towards the library and we could avoid the crowds of other tourists. We went to the terraced houses which most of the other tours missed and saw the mosaics and frescoes which was very interesting.
Certainly the highlight of our cruise to Turkey and Greece

Excellent tour. Our guide met us outside the port as soon as we exited the port as described. It turns out it was just our family of three in the group! We beat the ship tour groups to Mary's House and it felt like we had the place to ourselves for a short while. Our guide was very good and friendly. I'm not sure if he gave us as much information as other guides by eavesdropping on the tours but that is the only mild critism I would have. Ephesus was amzing. The Hill houses and the Celcius Library were definitely impressive. He gave us the option of the carpet school tour but didn't push at all. Shopping in Ephesus was a challenge due to the cultural? hard-sell of the merchants coupled with the lack of tourists since most cruise ships stopped going there.

This tour was excellent and good value for money. We had a knowlegable, helpful and friendly guide, who made the tour of Ephesus informative and enjoyable. transoprt was comfotsble and clean with an good driver.
There was no pressure to go on to a 'shopping experience', as frequently happens in Turkey, but when we asked his advice for a particular product he offered a variety of outlets and gave his opinions without pressure. We did take his advice and all came home with new leather jackets!!
I cannot recommend Tas and his Company highly enough.
