Organisation parfaite, grand sérieux et adaptabilité en fonction de nos souhaits. En amont, José est très réactif dans la préparation du voyage et une fois sur place, les équipes de guides et de chauffeurs sont exceptionnelles : gentillesse, fiabilité, guides passionnants, passionnés, enthousiastes et ravis de nous faire partager leurs connaissances et culture. Mention spéciale pour les 3 jours dans le désert de sel d’Uyuni : le chauffeur et le guide se sont vraiment mis en quatre pour nous faire vivre une expérience unique et fabuleuse. A noter que ma fille a eu un souci avec le mal de l’altitude qui a été repéré et maîtrisé grace à l’équipe de Joker Expédition parfaitement qualifiée et équipée des soins de premiers secours. Franchement, (et en ayant beaucoup voyagé) je vous recommande très vivement Joker Expédition pour organiser votre voyage ou vos activités en Bolivie, un rapport qualité/gentillesse/prix imbattable.

I was a little nervous about this tour because I had the pre-conception that Bolivians are pretty relaxed about time and organization. And of course, the tour was in a strange place far away from home! But even before we left home, Jose, the tour operator, was answering my questions on WhatsApp and arranging everything ahead of time. Whenever I had a question (about COVID requirements, visa requirements, etc), José would answer in a timely and polite way. When we got arrived, everything was perfectly organized. We had both a driver and a fluent English speaking guide everywhere we went. They were polite, courteous, professional, and extremely organized. We saw things in Bolivia we'd never seen before and will never see again. As long as you're up for a jam-packed itinerary, I cannot recommend this trip enough!
