Your tour starts with pickup from your hotel in Johannesburg in the mid-morning. In your private SUV or minicoach, drive past Nelson Mandela's Houghton home and take in the sights of central Johannesburg.

Landmarks you'll see include the Carlton Centre (the city's tallest building, also known as the 'Top of Africa'), Satyagraha House (the former home of Mahatma Ghandi), the Old Fort prison and the Constitutional Court building, Lilliesleaf Farm (the hideout of the African National Congress and Nelson Mandela during Apartheid; entrance fees not included), and Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton. Plus, visit the Apartheid Museum and see Vilakazi Street in Soweto.

Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel in the late afternoon.

Please note: On Mondays, you'll visit Hector Pieterson Museum instead of the Apartheid Museum.
