I can't believe that Viator supported this company in Strasbourg to take my money without giving me any service ? I feel it like a theft . The Pedicab man left 10 minutes after my time which I wished to start the tour at , although neither Viator or the Pedicab company bother to send me an E-mail confirming the same . My fellow traveler beware of those companies and better not to pay them in advance specially that they are overcharging you yet not acting professionally . I am quite upset from Viator and those Pedicab guys .
