An emotional tour seeing the destruction and loss our nation suffered on 9-11. Seeing all of the names and pictures of those who died was heartbreaking. The museum takes time - be sure to plan to spend a couple of hours there.

Wall of photos, as well as the pieces of the building and pieces of the plane. Seeing all the little papers as well.

Brian was amazing, friendly and super knowledgable and made the experience unforgettable for us. We learned so much and he gave great insights and perspective - thank you for an incredible day Brian

It was raining so we were apprehensive, but it was great! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and pointed out things we would never have seen. Being added to the ‘group’ line at the museum was a nice bonus!

Great experience! Have already recommended it to several people! Fantastic tour guide and so loved hearing about the hero’s of that fateful day.

The Glade, The Fountain and the emotional stories shared by our guide. One glaring downer: our guide often shared pictures concerning 9/11 on his phone. Very difficult to see. Heard a few in our group say they could not discern the images. A large IPad should be used for that display. It would greatly enhance the experience. James, our guide, was pleasant and informative. He needs a new orange hat; the current one is dirty and shabby

Very enjoyable walking tour with the engaging, knowledgeable Brian. Well paced, informative and personal commentary. Thank you! P.S. Unless you want to buy the brochures, try to avoid the street hawkers at the meeting point. Quite hard selling with an emotional bent to it. Hard to know if the back story was true or not.

Jaclyn from Experience First was amazing. She was able to teach and tell this story with such detail at every stop and allow us to really take in the specifics from that day. Beautify and thoughtfully told . Would recommend for anyone to experience !

The best part of the tour was the memorial sight and the World Trade Center Mall. It would’ve been better if the guide, James, talked a little faster because it was 37 degrees outside.
